Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.
Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof In 5th Floor
Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (b) In superstructure, ground floor In 5th Floor
Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety In 5th Floor
(a) Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per Manufacturer's specification [Cement to be supplied by the Department]
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course……etc. (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (b) 20 mm thick plaster In 5th Floor

(c) 15 mm thick plaster In 5th Floor

Roof treatment by application of non toxic polyurethane modified acrylic based single component (P U Roof Coat) solvent free, cold applied polyurethane modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane with excellant UV resistant capasity as per ASTM D6083fa water based 100%acrylic elastomeric emulsion polymer latex coating .,.. used as protective coating for roofs} after preparing the surface by cleaning and ti repairing the roof cracks by cement & sand mortar (1:4), preferably with :i!: antishrinkage mortar (to be paid separately) if any, apply two coats along with a 5 ~ IPrimingcoat(two coats of P U Roof Coat and one coat of primer coat compatible with Sqm. i main product as per manufacturers specification) and reinforced with or without 20 ~ gsm GeotextileFleece, including the cost of primer coat and basepreparation, tools & IPlantsbut excluding the cost of scaffolding and stagging complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. (Note: If Geotextile Fleece not uesd ,the rate would be reduced by Rs. 5/-per Sqm
(b) Rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement based wall putty of approved make and brand(1.5mm thick)
Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. a) One Coat i) Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer
Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor: (a) One Coat In 5th Floor
Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on wallsm and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats) i) Standard Quality
Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) ) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion In 5th Floor
Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge
Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete. A) UPVC Pipes: (iii) 160 mm. Dia.
B) UPVC Fittings: c) Bend 87.5 degree (iii) 160 mm. Dia.
d) Shoe (iii) 160 mm. Dia.
