Isolating FST No.1 by closing of the sluice gate valves and gunny bags to maintain leak proof and completely drain out the from the FST and desilting the sludge accumulated in the FST complete in all respect with the help of proper logistics arrangements, labours along with required safety arrangements and dispose off at suitable place.

Making of support for drum which in clamped / bolted with turn table. The support should make in such way to hold the drum in proper position from the level of appox. 25 feet above the bottom floor of by making proper mechanical jack and support dismantling the drum from the turn table & Making of support from bottom to vertical arm support with bolted system of scraper of both arm of appox. 15 mtr long holding arrangement to support of vertical member by jacking etc. and making proper wooden sleeper in four corner in the pit of FST where scraper in moving.

Dismantling charges of complete structure like vertical center cage - 1 No., scrapper Arm - 2 Nos., with the help of proper logistic arrangements and safety measures as required.

Fabrication/Supply of M.S Structure in vertical fixed along the center mechanism known as center cage made from M.S Angle (75x75x6mm, 30 meters approx. in length ) and MS C- channel (200 X 75 X 8 mm in 14 mtrs approx. in length) duly fabricated as per existing design.

Fabrication/Supply of 02 Nos. Scrapper Arm made from M.S Angle of size (100x100x8mm, 76 meter approx in length) and MS angle (50x50x5mm, length 190 meters approx.) duly fabricated in triangular structure.

Supply of Tie bolt made from SS the size of tie bolt 40 mm dia x 300 mm long with 4 No. nuts adjuster of arm with CC of bottom level of FST by adjuster of tie bolts.

Supply/ fixing of M.S. Scraper made from MS of 6 mm thick in L shape from MS plate of size 250 mm width x 3 mtr long with rubber squeezes of size 100 mm x 3 meter x 3 mm thick between the bolt and fixing at bridge.

Mechanical Balancing of both the arm by making proper distance between the rubber scraper and floor of FST etc. by tie bolts of both end etc.

Strengthening of weak section of MS drum by proper logistics arrangements.

Strengthening of walk way at the bridge by replacement of old and rusted MS chequered plate (8 mm thick).

Complete painting of MS structure and walkway bridge with two coat of red oxide primer, two coat of epoxy paint.

Installation of above material with the help of proper manpower and logistic arrangements and Testing/Commissioning of the FST after complete in all respect on no load / full load after assembling the parts.
