. Providing and fixing of typical MMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Supply & Installation of Road Delienators as per MORT&H clause 806. The structure shall be manufacture in roll forming process & shallhave height not less than 800mm above the ground , width not less than 100mm & shall extend not more than 300mm below the ground while being installed in conformation with IRC:79 - 1981 or as directed by enginner in charge. The delienator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40micron thiockness for protection against corrosion, on top of which Type XI retor reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The delienator shall consist minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 sq.cm. white colour, full cube corner, micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each conforming with IRC:67-2012 & meeting the coefficeint of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 type XI table specification. the front & back face of the delienators should be curved witgh a radius of not more than 200mm & with delta angle ( or central angle of curve ) laying between 20 to 30 degree, to increase the visibility of the delienator for vehicle moving in continuous curves. The delienator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal proof.

The board will be acomposite unit consisting of Two Plate sof ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel), material specifications as per clause 17001.3. The topmostplate will be of 3mm ACP india mond shape of 600 x 600 mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm size on back onedges. The Lower plate will be of 4mm ACP of 1100 x 300mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm size on backonedges.
