PROVN OF INTERLOCKING TILES AT HILL DRIVING TRAINING AREA AT UMROI MIL STN UNDER GE UMROI

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, path, hard standing, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid block exceeding 10cm width, made to shape as in kerb stone and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Rolling and consolidation of formation surface in cutting with power roller of 8/10 Tonne capacity, including filling in depressions which occure during the process with approved earth complete all as specified and directed.
