STEEL FURNITURE REPAIRS TO TABLE OFFICE CLERK/OFFICER STEEL( FD-1003) - 13(a) Taking out existing worn out front/side portion complete of the drawer. Supply & fix new front side/portion complete with lock to the drawer. Removing the dents and bents welding/riveting the damaged portion of the drawer and rectifying portion of the drawer and rectifying other defects to have smooth movement of the drawers all as specified and directed.

13(b) Taking out worn out following components without damaging the other components. Supply the new components made out of 25mm square 16 gauge MS Square tubing and fixing the same by welding to the Table office officer steel in place of removed components :- FD-1003 (I) Legs

13(d) Removing dents and bents and carrying out the minor repairs, repairs to locking device complete of the drawers to have smooth movement. CHAIR CB STEEL WITH/WITHOUT ARMS 14(a) Taking out the old worn out and unserviceable portion of MS tubular frame of chairs as listed below. M&L for new portion/part duly fabricated to shape and size as shown on drawing to match/fit in the chair and made out of 25mm dia 16 gauge MS tubing. Welding the new fabricated portion/part to the chair frame all as specified and directedby Engineer-in- Charge . (i) Complete all shape base portion of steel chair frame

14(b) Removing damaged unserviceable Seat frame from chair CB tubular steel with arm/without arm and back frame from chair CB steel with/without arm supply and fix new seat and back frame complete with suitable size of screw as specified all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge. CHAIR VARANDAH FD-256 15(a) Removing of old cane and providing new plastic cane white coloured indigenous not made of recycled plastic, as per existing pattern and size for chair verandah after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white colour) on frame complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) M&L for spot welding joints of frame of chair varandah as where required

CHAIR VARANDAH (FD/E6/MAPII/06)- (c) Removing of old cane and providing new PVC moulded seat and back white color to the existing frame of chair varandah after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white color complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

16(a) CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR FD-220 Removing the old unserviceable worn out nylon newar from the charpoy GI pipe, Refitting and tightening the frame, and Supply and welding MS Support made out 25mm square pipe heavy grade , rail of GI pipe internaly complete all as specified and or as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge- (Note 1:-Only New MS pipe shall be measured and abstracted for payment of complete scope of BOQ Items No1, weight shall be reccorded before welding to GI Pipe.)(Note work of itmes No 181shall be carried out by Contractor with his skilled loboures from 900Hours to 1700 Hours on only working days in BSO Yard Garrison Engineer AF Ojhar) ( Note 3:-After 1700 hours Contractor & Labourers shall leave the BSO Yard)

(b) Supply and fix in position 12 mm thick commercial plywood BWR Gde of size 1980mm x 900mm with teak wood beading to complete plytop edging, of size 12 mm wide and 5mm thick fixed Fevicol adhesive and pin panel , inculding drilling 12 Nos of holes of 6mm dia in plytop , and drilling 8 Nos of 6mm dia in MS Square pipe support and drilling 4 Nos of 6mm dia holes in shoot rail GI pipe , complete fixed to GI Pipe charpoy & MS Support with and including supply of 12 Nos of 5mm dia and and 70mm long GI Nut bolt with 1No GI washer for each nut for each ply wood top, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Bolt head shall be semi circular ( Make of plywood -Century, Kitply, Greenply, Anchor)

(c) Removing damaged unserviceable long rail of charpoy GI pipe and replacing with new long rail of 32mm dia medium grade GI pipe with ISI mark duly threaded at both ends (minimum 10 threads for each end) and fixing as per drawing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Removing damaged unserviceable short rail from Charpoy GI pipe and replacing with the pipes obtained from sl item No 183 above as long rails, but cut to the size duly threaded at both ends (minimum 10 threads for each end) fixing as per drawing, all as specified and directed.

(e) Removing damaged unserviceable GI elbow 3 way 32mm dia from charpoy GI pipe. Supply and fix new GI elbow 3 way 32mm dia medium grade with ISI including GI Check Nut where ever requried fixing as per drawing, all as specified and directed.

REPAIRS TO ALMIRAH LARGE/MEDIUM STEEL:- FD-243, 1032, 67(M), 1031 17(a) Removing existing unserviceable old locks from Almirah steel. Supply and fix new lock, made out of steel body Grade I type of 75mm size with six brass levers (Make Aligarh or equivalent as approved by GE) and with duplicate keys, and fixed to the steel Almirah with four screw or as required, complete all as specified and directed

(b) Removing existing unserviceable handle from steel Almirah. S & F new steel chromium plated handle of 150mm size all as per Godrej pattern and fixed to steel Almirah with hexagonal nut and steel pin of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Taking out existing locking device carrying out all minor repairs, dent and bents to the Almirah Large/Med steel refixing the same to the steel Almirah with providing of new screw or nut and bolt all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(d) M&L for removing old worn out hinge from Almirah Large/Med Steel and S&F new hinge of best quality and fixed with welding.

(e) Removing dents, bents of steel Almirah, welding to broken portion. Rectifying all minor defects and repairs. Material and labour for preparation of steel surface of Almirah (inside & outside surface) including doors shelves and legs. Providing high class glossy finish synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer wherever required. All complete specified shown on drawing and directed for following Almirah:- i) Almirah Large Steel with Shelves

(ii) Almirah Med Steel with Shelves
