Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres.Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per relevent clauses of section-300 of specification

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub - base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density in accorfance to Table No. 400- 12, 400- 13and as per clause of section 406 of specifications).

Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres)

Providing and applying tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion (RS -1) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevent clauses of section- 503 of specification. @ 0.40 kg per sqm (Non-bituminous surfaces) granular base not primed

Providing and applying tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion (RS -1) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevent clauses of section- 503 of specification. @ 0.30 kg per sqm (dry and hungry bituminous surfaces/ granular surfaces treated with primer)

Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading permixed with bituminous binder transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause - 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired copaction and as per clause 504 of specification) Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity and Paver finisher Hydraustatic with Sensor. for GradingII(19 mm nominal size) bitumen content 3.5%

Providing and applying tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion (RS -1) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevent clauses of section- 503 of specification. @ 0.25 kg per sqm (normal bituminous surfaces)

SEAL COAT Providing and applying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and Type B seal coats all complete as per clause 511 of specifications. Case - II : Type - B (Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour using crushed stone chipping (aggregate shall pass 2.36 mm seal and retained to 180 micron sieve) and penetration bitumen of suitable grade all complete as per clause 511 of specification.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass breads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 . The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes all complete as per clause 803 of specifications.)

Providing & fixing PVC speed breaker for road safety as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (Yellow & black, size - 500x400x75 mm)

Providing & fixing raised pavement marker plastic road studs. (Yellow & black, size - 110x90x16 mm)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge….In cement mortar

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Brick work with F.P.S. (non modular) clay fly ash bricks class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Carriage of materials By mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking with a lead upto 1.0 KM….Lime, moorum, building rubbish

Provdiing and laying Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation including form work shuttering etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications and as per relevant clauses of sections 1500, 1700 & 2100 with .(PCC GRADE M15)

Provdiing and laying Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation including form work shuttering etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications and as per relevant clauses of sections 1500, 1700 & 2100 with .(PCC GRADE M20)
