Material and labour for (concealed Type) point wiring including necessary chase cutting of wall for one light/fan/call bell point with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 2.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC conduit medium grade with all accessories and sunk GI box for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator and making good the disturbed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: A. Red colored cable shall be used for live connection; black colored cable shall be used for neutral connection and green colored cable shall be used for earthing.
