NOTE:- 1. The tenderes are advised to visit the site to get acquainted with the quantum of work and shaft size before quoting the price. The load hooks or any other material including cutting and chipping the shaft, if required at site during execution of the job shall be in the scope of the tenderer. 2. The tenderers are required to quote their prices for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of one no 6 passenger machine room less (MRL) elevator at Guest House/Hostel Block at Baba Gulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri as per the technical specifications listed in this tender document. 3. The prices/rates quoted shall be inclusive of GST and all taxes, duties, packing, forwarding, freight, transit insurance and all other levies as applicable by the Central as well as UT Government. 4. The contractor’s rates shall remain firm and fixed during the currency of the contract
