M&L Rendering 15mm thick on Brick / Concrete Surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces of Wall and applying Two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying Three coats of White Washing complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces and applying two coat of Cement Base Paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the surface by roughening, sweeping clean and washing down and applying cement slurry @ 3 kgs/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in levelling /slopping course as in sub floors finishing the top surfaces fair and even as in padding of roof complete all as specified and directed

M&L applying water proofing treatment to roof slabwith APP modified polyeric membrane with centre core 100 micron HMHDPE out film 20 micron each having thickenss 3 mm , weight not less than 3.00 kg/Sqm with 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end lap and laid with following course of descritiopn below:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 @ 0.50 ltr/sqm prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated and solvent oil in primer shall be allowded to evaporate completely. (b) Second caot of bonding material using hot blown grade bitumen 85/25@ 1.2 kg/Sqm conformoing to IS 702-1988 over bituminous primer . (c) third course i:e laying APP Modififed polymeric membrane describe hereinbefore with 100 mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150 mm in traverse direction , (d) Fourth course of bonding material using hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS 702-1988 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over membrane. (e) Fifth course is sprinkling a layer of course sand dusting @ 1kg/Sqm as directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm th/450 x 350 x 7 mm th thick as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed or coloured cement to match etc complete laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar CM (1:6) , 15mm thick ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceedifng 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors and skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to floor and vertical surface of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed with including following :- (a) After demolition of floor and cement concrete remove all loose particles alongwith existing water proofing treatment (any no of layers) with wire brushes a d cleaning the surface with water. (b) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per square metre duly blended with acrylic water proofing compound. (c) 15mm thick (average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with acrylic water proofing compound on sunken surface and wall. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe. (d) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg per square metre duly blended with acrylic water proofing compound. (e) Curing the sunken portion with water minium for 48 hours by ponding.
