Epoxy virgin Solvent Free Anticorrosive two packs Resin and Hardener 1:1 Ratio mix and apply as a base coat Impregnated 110 GSM Glass Cloth over that apply Gal-Tech C.T. Epoxy 2 coats making as a joint less ruff Lining and allow to dry for 48 hours.

This will seal all the pores and invisible cracks on the existing cementitious layer thus making it an intact strengthened roof. Over that apply INSULTEC Sunlight Reflective Insulation cum Waterproofing Polymer Membrane 2 Coats mix with water mix ratio 5:1.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers..

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling Crushed Stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. - Mixing by manual means

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by manual means

Renewing the Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Plastic washer.The washer and screw to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of z120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like Malabar polyster manglore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental desifns as per the site condition and as directed by the deptl.officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 x 600 x 10mm best approved quality, white glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with ceramic tiles of Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supplying and fixing in position white glazed European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100 mm “P” or “S” trap connecting with CI pipe of 100mm dia / PVC pipe of 110mm dia, double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., including supplying and fixing 10 litres capacity PVC porcelin low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets, etc., complete with all fittings such as 15mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union, coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using Indian adopter joint including all internal fittings such as 15mm brass connections, 15mm GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple (2 Nos.), 15mm nylon connection, TW plugs, screws and also giving necessary connection to the PVC pipe including cost of 600mm length of 110mm dia PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with 2 coats of approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The EWC and flushing tank wiht all accessories should be got approved by the Executive Enginer before use on works)

Supply and installation of two-track sliding uPVC windows shall utilize uPVC profile sections with an outer wall thickness of 2.30mm (±0.2mm), featuring an outer frame of 60mm x 52mm, a shutter of 66mm x 42mm x 50mm, an interlock of 45mm x 36mm, and a glazing bead of 24.5mm x 16mm. All frame, sash,andmullionprofiles shall be reinforced, where required, with a 1mm thick steel section, and windows are to be equipped with security devices such as touchlocks or crescent locks, nylon rollers, and an aluminium track, all compliant with relevant specifications and departmental directives. Glazing shall consist of 5mm thick Plain or Pinhead glass, secured by TPE (Grey) weather-sealed gaskets, whileallcorners and mullion joints of the frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded without mechanical joints, with all welded joints neatly trimmed to a grooved nib finish, ensuring sharpedge-free products. The complete window units shall be fixed into pre-finished openings by drilling and fastening through the outer frame with highquality fasteners, and silicon sealant shall be applied to fillthe gap between the wall and window frame for a leak-proof installation and complete finish etc., Complete and as directed by the department officers.

Supplying and fixing of profiled composite panel for roofing and fixing over the roof truss with steel box section purlins. The composite panels should be of 0.47mm thick colour coated galvanized brick red colour (or) colour approved by the engineer AZ 150, 50mm thick polyurethane of density (overall)40 kg/m3 (+or - 2kg), 0.35mm thick colour coated galvanized off white colour AZ 70, with self tapping/ drilling screw (with colour cap) arrangements for fixing over the purlins to the ridge of the profile panel, side lapping arrangements should be made with sealant tape of 9.50mm wide x 2.40mm thick and POP Rivet of 4.80mm x 11.80mm @ 400mm C/C with necessary scaffolding arrangements in both directions. the rate inclusive of cost of all materials, wastage of cutting of ornamental design, fixing in alignment to the roof oration, dismantling if necessary and redoing the same in original conditions, neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed Exterior (Emulsion) over one coat of primer of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3KM including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling etc., complete.
