Repairs to pot holes any depth not exc 1.00 sqm each in area including sweeping from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surafces in roads etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5kg per 10 Sqm (using paving bitumen) putting in premixed bituminous macdam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09cum of stone, chippings, 6.3mm size and well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as directed.

Applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1 Grade) confirming to IS 8887 @ 3kg per 10Sqm using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per clause 503 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Premix bituminous macadam with minimum 40-60 TPH bath HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 4% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade, level and alighnment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem roller to achieve the dezire compaction as per MORTH specifications clause No 505 complete all as directed (Avg thickness shall not exc 75mm deep).

Preparing black top surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all lose dirt etc complete all as directed.

Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paint and marking of guide lines, dashed arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paint 2 to 2.5 mm thick using marking machine, white, golden, yellow or black colour as required using glass beads necessary for achieving reflection on roads pavements and the like as per BS 6088 and as specified in IRC 35-1997 complete all as directed. Make :- Asian or equivalent. Note : 1.Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2.The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment until the desired result is obtained.

Solar road studs made of aluminium alloy (100% water profing design according to 65 ) off size 125mm x 125,, x 25mm (Shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as directed. Cat eye solar relective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA strip lens reflcetor of model No DA 972 fixed with and incl MS studs of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed. Make : Cat Part No art AME 1019 of M/S automat road safety Pvt Ltd or equivalent of dark eye / Sun eyes/ M/s Texla Plastic & Material Ltd

Supply and fix in repairs for plastic speed braker made of special plastic compound (and Not ABS) which can take maximum load and impact 1 Mtr should comprise of 2 yellow and two black Block. The size of each block should be 350x250x50mm and the weight of each block shall not less than 950 gms without concrete filling, the colour should be UV stabelised and not repaired repainting. Each block of plastic No Rs 1600.00 (GII-PSB 50) speed Hump should have 1 Micro presmatic reflector on either side of it for easy night visibility, the speed hump should be filled with concrete mix and then fixed to the ground surface with expoxy and Nails. Speed hump should have been tested for comparision load for atleast 150 Tons from any NABL accredited Lab complete all as directed.

Demolition of kerb stone of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone with plain fare face including chamfered, watering, throating etc, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of floor, finished even and fair complete all as directed.

50mm thick sand cushioning for laying of paver blocks complete all directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

Factory made, Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size approved by EIC, ISI marked (IS:15658-2006) of 60 mm thick, M-35 grade (medium Traffic), with grey cement & pigment, complete all as directed.
