Power of Attorney executed by the Bidder in favor of the Principal Officer or duly Authorized Representative, certifying him / her as an authorized signatory for the purpose of this Tender.
Bidder should have completed a minimum of three (3) work orders for the supply of drones and sensors with a total value of not less than INR 1.0 Crores in the last 3 years, for any Central / State Government/ Institutions or Public sector undertakings.
The bidder must have been supplying Drones to State or Central Government entities or Public sector undertakings during last three completed financial years (i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)
The bidder should have a positive net worth for latest 3 financial years (i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)
Bidder should have more than INR.5.0 Crores Audited average annual turnover during last three financial years (i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)
The Bidder should submit copy of Income Tax Returns (ITR) filed for preceding three financial year (2022-23 to 2024-25)
The Bidder should submit copy of PAN and GST in the name of firm
The bidder should be proprietorship firm or registered as a Company registered under Indian Companies Act, 1956 or a partnership firm registered under Indian Partnership Act, 1932 or a Limited Liability Partnership registered under Indian Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.No Joint Venture and/or consortium bid is allowed

The responsibility of obtaining permissions from different regulatory authorities in India shall rest with the supplier.
