Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Repair of water supply accessories/fittings like C.P. brass pillar cocks, long body bib cocks, gate valve etc. by providing brass phase(spindle) if required , rubber washer, thread and white leads etc for proper functioning of the accessories complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Rate is exclusive of the cost of brass spindle whcih shall be paid for separatly)

Extra for providing bras spindle (heavy type) in bibcock, stopcock, pillarcock of approved shape /size as per site requiremement in item of repair of n bibcock, stopcock, pillarcock

Checking water supply system for proper supply of water from main outer pipeline to terrace tank and from terrace tank to user accessories complete as per the site requirement and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing blockage from bath/kitchen WC traps including removal blockage from bends for its proper function to use i/c opening door of Tee and re-fixing the same after removal of leakage. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer –in-Charge.( Item including at the cost for provide T & P, ladder etc.)

Removing blockage of existing sewer line by desludging , making arrangement of rodding , pumping , cleaning the sludge and disposal of the same beyond the municipal limits in prescribed environment friendly manner by mechanical transport then cleaning the sewer line with fresh water complete as per the site condition & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including pre-monsoon precautionary measures. .

Cleaning of khurras i/c removal of leaves and rubbish etc. and disposing the same away from the roof etc. all compete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing manholes by desludging & making arrangement of rodding , pumping & cleaning the sludge and disposal of the same beyond the municipal limits in prescribed environment friendly manner by mechanical transport then cleaning the walls & floors with fresh water complete as per the site condition & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .(Circular or rectangular manhole of any depth or size)

Cleaning of septic tank including soak pit by mechanical or manual means including removing waste mattter, sewage, sullage and removal of the same from the site to approve dumping ground upto 15 km lead and finally cleaning with fresh water all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.The contractor may visit the site i.e; O/o GMTD wherethe item is to be executed for site conditions, size of tank etc for quoting of his rates.

Repair of flushing cistern by setting right internal arrangement for easy and proper operation including providing and fixing PVC washers wherever required complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing and Setting right aluminium door by dismantling the door providing necessary pivots hinges etc with necessary screws/nails for easy and proper opening and closing operation and then again refixing the same complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Welding at site i/c transportation of electric welding set for repairing of section windows, M.S. grills, steel chowkhats, hinges, steel jafferies and other steel members (Upto any floor level) i\c welding, hammering, etc for the smooth operation of the fittings, welding of broken part by welding. (Rate includes cost of labour i.e one welder and beldar and electrodes , tranportation of the welding set and movement of welding set but excludes the cost of the steel members and fittings if required) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Rate is for single day in one buiding compound

Providing and Fixing siphon set in PVC cistern of approved quality etc all complete as per direction Engineer - in - charge

Taking out old grown trees /plants at different location such as shafts balconies, roof etc upto floor five level including demolishing brickwork, cement concrete so as to remove the roots of the treee/plants all complete and repairing the same with old bricks with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and providing and laying new cement conctrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and finishing with cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per site requirment and disposal of the building rubbish etc & like all complete as per the direction of the engineer in charge. (Note: the agency executing the work shall have to make his own arrangement of in scaffolding, jhulla etc and other T & P and labour required for the item)
