NS-1 Providing and fixing C.P. soft close push Each type urinal valve of approved make such as CERRA, Jaquar, or equivalent, manufactured from heavy duty chrome plated brass, wallmounted, manually operated with push control, selfclosing soft action mechanism to ensure smooth water flow and noisefree shutoff, complete with all necessary fittings and accessories, conforming to standard plumbing specifications and suitable for installation in public and institutional washrooms. This includes all labour, material, Freight, Taxes etc as a complete job to the satisfaction of engineer in-charge. Nothing extra shall be paid there off.

NS-2 Providing and fixing a looking mirror of Sqm required size manufactured from 5 mm thick high-quality float glass with back polishing, of approved make such as Saint Gobain, AIS or equivalent, complete in all respects. The mirror shall be installed using suitable adhesive on the base and secured with beading along all edges, ensuring proper alignment, finishing, and durability to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include the supply of mirror, adhesive, beading, fittings, and fixtures, along with all necessary labour, tools and plants (T&P), and consumables required for execution. The item is deemed to cover all materials, labour, equipment, and statutory liabilities including taxes, duties, and levies, ensuring delivery of a finished job conforming to approved specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. NS-3 Supply of floor mounted, gravity type, Each single piece European chinaware water closet with integrated cistern, complete with matching seat cover, dual flush mechanism, and all necessary fittings and accessories, of approved make such as CERA, Hind ware, Parry ware, or equivalent, conforming to relevant IS standards, ensuring durability, smooth operation, efficient water usage, and ease of maintenance, and shall be executed as a complete job to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
