Day to day sweeping and cleaning work in Admn bldg., DE rural office, TRA office and staff quarters at CTX compound, Jhansi for the year 2025-26.

Sub-Head : Miscellaneous

Sweeping and cleaning of common area/ paved/ unpaved area etc. in front and back of building/ residential quarters , staircase, roads, pathways and parking including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in compound etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge (Area cleaned to be measured for payment.)

Cleaning available floor area and toilets of Offices /Technical/ Administrative building as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Proper and efficient cleaning & sweeping of the floors, staircase,corridors,lift,lobby's and other space including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in township to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. Cleaned Floor area to be measured for payment.

Wet mopping of all types of flooring / Tiles including Cleaning of all kinds of spot like Tea, spitting on walls etc. all complete except cement concrete flooring with detergent powder or other approved floor cleaner before scheduled office opening time. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. Cleaned Floor area to be measured for payment.

Cleaning of ceiling and removal of cobweb etc. including the cost of all labour T&P etc. to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. Cleaned Floor area to be measured for payment.

Proper and efficient Cleaning and washing of the toilets, wash basins, urinals, W/C Seats, looking mirrors, sanitary fittings and fixtures etc using approved toilet cleaner like Vim / Liquid soap/ Phenyle/ Sanifresh/ Harpic etc.including the cost of providing and filling liquid soap in soap containers, nepthelene balls, urinal cubes in wash basins / urinals (weekly or when empty, whichever is earlier), and cleaning of wall tiles/dado weekly etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. Floor area to be measured for payment.

Carriage of materials by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking :

Disposal of Building rubbish/ Malba/ Garbage/ Plant leafs/Kitchen waste/Severage and similar unserviceable dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including collecting, stacking, loading, transporting & unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for all leads upto 10Km for all lifts including fuel complete in all respect or as per the direction of Engineer-in - charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Supply of a labour for miscellaneous civil/ horticulture maintenance works in T E and staff quarters compound as and when required by E-IN-C, such as uprooting vegitation, leveling the earth, cleaning the roots, khurras, gully trap, trimming of hedges, trimming tree branches, removal of bush, unwanted sapling like Peepal, Bargad etc on walls, pipes, terraces, minor urgent civil works, i.e. diposal of rubbish to the dumping sites at Ground floor whenever required all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (The item included all labour, T&P required)
