PROVISION OF PORTA CABINS ON WESTERN SIDE OF MLCP AT GOA AIRPORT.

Amount

Fabricating, supplying and erecting at site prefabricated, portable, double Layer PUF insulated Porta Cabins as per drawings and specifications in MS Structure of rectangular hollow sections / built up section/ cold form folded sections to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. The steel structure shall be designed as per latest relevant IS code. The entire Porta Cabins walls both inside and outside painted with epoxy paint over under coat of zinc oxide anti rust treatment coat. These porta cabins shall be water proof with following details : i) Door-Insulated door PPGI framed PUF panelled Single leaf swing door with locking arrangements, ii) Window -Powder coated aluminum glazed sliding windows of specified size with external MS grill and mosquito net with complete locking arrangements and 4mm clear tempered safety glass with sun/rain shed. iii) Flooring - 18 mm thick cement board flooring with 2mm thick antiskid PVC flooring iv) Wall panels shall be made up of 50mm thick composite PUF sandwich between Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet minimum 0.5 mm thick v) Roof Panel : The insulated Roofing shall be 30+30mm thick PUF insulated Sandwich panels with density of 40+2Kg/m3. The top covering on roof panels will trapezoidal Pre-coated galvanized iron sheet of minimum 0.5 mm thick vi)PUF insulated ceiling shall be provided inside the Porta Cabin. vii) Lifting hooks : Porta Cabins shall be provided with high strength MS hooks
