EXPANSION OF EXISTING SAFETY DCS & SAFETY PLC - PX
Bidder’s scope shall include design, engineering, manufacture, procurement, supply of hardware & software & buy-outs, FAT inspection of expansion portion ‘of DCS and Safety PLC as per approved QAP, packing, marking, forwarding, transportation, including commissioning spares, mandatory spares & required tools and tackles (if any), documentation etc
Installation & Supervision for expansion portion of DCS and Safety PLC, System power on, Loop checking in coordination with field contractor, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities of system, integration with existing DCS and existing Safety PLC system, Integrated SAT of expansion portion of Distributed Control System (DCS) & Safety PLC, Support during plant startup and Handing over of Expansion portion DCS and Safety PLC system to Purchaser. Installation and Commissioning of DCS and Safety PLC (Expansion portion) as per Tender specifications on Turnkey basis.
