Safe placement of 8.5 mtr. Long PCC pole from dump site to the pit site of work including the work of dragging of the same through Kachcha Pakka road.

Painting of dropper channel, top channel, T channel, ST Poles guarding angle with 2 quote of Red Oxide including the cost of paint.

Erection and grouting of double pole structure of 11/13 mtr. Long ST pole including fixing of HT fittings as per RESPO norms.The support shall be grouted in cement,sand and brick ballast in ratio 1:2:4.

Erection of single support of 11/13 mtr. Long ST pole including fixing of HT fittings as per RESPO norms. The support shall be grouted in cement,sand,brick,ballast.

Erection of single support of 8.5 mtr. Long PCC pole including fixing of HT fittings as per RESPO norms. The support shall be grouted in cement,sand,brick,ballast.

Grouting,fixing and nozzling of staty rod, and grouting of stay rod shall be in ratio 1:4:8 [Cement,sand and brick ballst], as per RESPO norms.

Laying,stragging,sagging,binding & jumpering etc of weasel conductor on the created supports as per RESPO norms.

Guarding of 11 KV line with guarding angle clamps G.I wire 10 No. 6No. 8No. As per required for the side guarding material including the cost of guarding & Guidence of Supervising Engineer. Provide by the contractor.

11 KV V Type Cross Arm ( MS Channel 100x50x6 mm) as per RESPO manual. Provide the contractor.

11 KV Cross Arm Holding Clamp with Nut & Bolts 7 Washers for 11/13 Mtr. ST Pole Provide by contractor.

F-Bracket for ST Pole provide by the contractor as per RESPO norms.

MS angle 65x65x6 mm. 3800 mm Long for brassing with four no. clamps ( for ST poles ) provide by the contractor as per RESPO norms.

MS Dropper channel 100x50 mm. 300 mm Long with 02 Nos. clamps provide by the contractor as per RESPO norms.

Earthwire clamp with nut & Bolt Provide by the contractor.

Danger board & Number Plate with clamp & Nut & Bolt provide by the contactor.

Stay clamp with nut & bolt & Washers for 11/13 Mtr. ST Pole provide by the contractor

Earthing of ST Supports through earthing rod & connecting its proper completion of work provide by the contractor.

Extra - T with complete fitting with 01 Nos. clamps provide by the contractor.

Installation of following capacity transformer in proper alignment and direction as per RESPO manual, including the cost of arrangement of labourer, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Construction of plinth of aforesaid newly erected ST pole as per RESPO norms in CC 1:2:4 ratio in cement,sand and stone grit duly 12 mm thick plaster in ratio 1:4 of cement and sand to give strenghthening.

11 KV XLPE Cable 3x70 sqmm. provide by contractor required for proper completion of other work.

Filling of fixing of cable box suitable for above XLPE cable including the cost of arrangement of labourer, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work bat the box as per site requirement provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Installation of 11 KV Cubical box size of 25/100/Pole Unit and Other Metering System Supervising of J.E Meter.

Cartage and Installation of 11 KV VCB 200/100/5A (outgoing) / 600/300/5A ( Incoming ) 350MVA S/S 33/11 KV Sub Station Raipura, Firozabad including the cost of arrangement of labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work, as per RESPO norms. And after installation of VCB at site, testing would be done by contrector.

Filling of fixing of Jointing Kit suitable for above XLPE cable including the cost of arrangement of labourer, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work bat the box as per site requirement provided by the contractor at his own cost.
