Lifting of night soil with water using suitable pump attached with vehicle having tank of 10,000 litres capacity from septic tank ,soak well and manholes ( or from any other location as per the direction of Engr-in-charge) and removing to sutibale place out side the MD land (Authorised civil location) and dispose it safely complete all as specified and as directed. Note1 :- The above Rate is inclusive of one Driver with two man power with and including pumping arrangement attached with vehicle of Ten Thousand litres capacity Note-2:- The above Rate is also inclusive of sucking pipe (Upto 50m length) from place of lifting of night soil with water to pump attached with vehicle. Note No . '3' :- In case vehicle is not arranged as per direction of E-I-C in writing, recovery at double the market rate or double the CA rate whichever is higher will be effected from payment due to the contractor.

Comprehensive maintenance of sewage system consisting of sewage line,manholes of various sizes and depth , floor/Nahani/gully trap, water closet of various sizes in buildings including removal of blockage/logging in sewage lines located at Zone B area Buildings ( Ragamalika (Mogappair) , SAF Games (Koyambedu) ,Emerald Flats (Thirumangalam) , HIG Flats( Nandanam).

Note:-For SI item Nos : 02 to 04: The unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be inclusive of employing sufficient number of persons /T&P for attending day to day maintenance of sewage lines and other items mentioned accordingly the unit rate shall be arrived at. No extra cost what so ever shall be admissible on this account. However it is expected to employ minimum of two persons per group of area on daily basis for the above item nos : 2 to 4 irrespective of complaints. For every group of areas a register shall be maintained to show the date and time of complaints and date and time of rectification duly signed by a rep of users of the unit concerned and countersigned by JE/AGE. Failure to rectify the blokage/ complaints in 24 hours from the time of intimation , a penalty of Rs 750/- per complaint will be imposed and effected from the payment due to the contractor.

Cleaning of septic tank of any capacity , removing out the scum, silt residues both organic or inorganic type and removing the sludge/ waste water to outside the MD Land and washing with water etc including applying disinfectant complete all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 150 mm dia (PVC, salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including removal of debris off the premises not exceeding 100 meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Salt glazed stoneware (SGSW) grade 'A' drain pipes 150mm bore laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 on Concrete bed complete including testing etc and concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150mm including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and treated in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i)Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items . (ii) Make of SGSW pipe:TSL/ BIC/ NECO

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specifed and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specifed and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 500 meter and not exceeding 1500 meter depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate ) as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar and rubbish off the premises to a distance not exc 100m and depositing where directed and serviceable items taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering in Cement mortar 1:3,15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of any description and finished fair and even without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note:waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
