All as per srl item No 1.01 above but exceeding 1.5 Mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr deep complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed. .

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI steel tubing (medium grade) 80mm bore including fittings likeTee,bend,nipple,union,plug and socket etc. laid in trench/wall/floor including necessary saddles and clamps ,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 4 but 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 4 but 40mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 4 but 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement Cast iron sluice valve, ISI Marked 100 mm bore flanged of class 1.6 PN having spindle made out of gun metal, operating wheel nuts, bolts, packing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sluice valves class PN 1.6, for iron pipe of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement Gun metal globe/gate valve (ISI Marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for pipes or for unions for 50mm bore dia steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 10 but 40mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 10 but 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement Brick masonary valve pit of size 75 x 75 x 60 cm (internal size) with mild steel cover 6mm thick and angle iron frame of size 50x50mmx6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a red oxide primer including locking arrangement , brick work and all inner surfaces of pit and exposed portion of out side shall be plastered in cement motor (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing CI pipe 100 mm bore laid in position for taking out branch connection by inserting and including new tee and coller etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection in replacement in vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-44 (10.0 metres long swan neck type) all as specified duly factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externaly for embeded portion and painting with one coat of red oxide primer, applying two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint on remaining exposed surfaces after errection complete, painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping complete including making suitable holes where required all as specified and directed .Note : PCC in foundation, coping, Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal) will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ/ Sch 'A'.

Supply and fix in replacement LED street light fitting of capacity 100 Watt energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium with ptotection IP66 and impact resistance of IK07 with high power LEDs as light suorce with electronic chip and driver (lamp type 100 W LED) suitable for pole dia 54mm(max )complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Supply and fix in replacement thermoplastic outdoor cable junction box hinged/screwed door type of size 200x160x 98 mm for 3 Phase and Nutral incoming cable, 3 Phase and Nutral outgoing cable with terminals and single Phase & Nutral connection for light fitting, 4 pole, 415 volt and one MCB SP 6 Amp, 240 Volt and clamp system (screw less), shock proof safe IP-55, weather proof, rust, dust and water proof internally embedded gasket with provision metric knockouts for cable entry through gland suitable for 16sq mm to 25sq mm cable as required at site complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI wire of size 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 40 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009.

M & L in replacement of out door type aluminium bus bar chamber feeder box of cap 300 Amp , 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts of size 90 x 60 x 45 cm made out of 3.15 mm CRCA Sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameld paint over a red oxide primer and fixed and supported with anlge iron grouted in PCC 1:2:4 upto 0.30 mtr high from ground level all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix Timelite distribution boards of Timelite 100 Amps 3 pole 230 Volt astronomical time switch for out door use, weather and vermin proof duly painted with synthetic enamel paint made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with locking arrangement comprising of one number time switch 24 hours operation Accuracy: quartz time base +/- 1 S per day,suitable for street light operation and duly fixed on pole with clamps / Grouting on ground complete.

Supply and Laying in replacement in trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE, of cross section area 70 sqmm 3.5 core, PVC insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade, of Make- polycab/KEI/RPG or equivalent makes as specified in Appx 'B' . Note (I) Earth work/ sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

S&F in replacement Galvanised pipe 50 mm light grade for mechanical protection for cable/ earthing strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to underground cable 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm (punned down to 18 cm) after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified.

M/L Sub Class 'B' brick including taken out old broken unsv brick for covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified

M&L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping pedestal of poles. Including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surface.

M&L for PCC ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggreghate for foundation of poles and stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.
