Providing and Laying 80 mm thick ISI marked lntertocking Paver Blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC SP 63: 2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M 40 over the bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 17.69.2)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:, Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface (HSR 30.37.1)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:, Old work (one or more coats) (HSR 30.25.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (HSR 11.60)

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat:, With common burnt clay non-modular brick tiles of class designation 1 O (HSR 9.14.1)

Providing and laying of Conglomerate floor 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 on 100 mm cement concrete 1:8:16 and 100 mm sand or stone filling. (HSR 10.9)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 :6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (HSR 11.5.4)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 :6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (HSR 11.6.2)

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS: 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. (HSR 22.181)

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : (1) In 75x75 mm deep chase. (HSR 9.17.1).

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware laboratory sink with C.I. brackets, C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 40 mm C.P brass waste and 40mm C.P. brass trap with necessary C.P. brass unions complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wall wherever required : Size 450x300x150 mm (HSR 22.6.1)

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware extended wall mounting water closet of size 780x370x690 mm of approved shape including providing & fixing white vitreous chinaware cistern / PVC cistern (with brass fitting) into the wall with dual flush fitting, of flushing capacity 3 litre/ 6 litre (adjustable to 4 litre/ 8 litres), including seat cover, and cistern fittings, nuts, bolts and gasket etc complete. (HSR 22.33).

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively with flushing cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : (1) One urinal basin with 5 litre white P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern. (HSR 22.25.1).

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 : (1) 15 mm nominal bore. (HSR 22.104.1).

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : (2) 5.5 mm thick glass panes. (HSR 13.10.2).

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws: (2) 30 mm thick shutters. (1) with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size. (2) 30 mm thick. (HSR 12.19.2.1.2).

Preparation of ply wood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete. (HSR 11.76).

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (HSR 10.58).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete., Size of Tile 600x600 mm (HSR 10.63.2)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in :, Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (HSR 7.22.2)

Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. (HSR 5.14)
