Preventive maintenance checks of Fire fighting installations, fire alarm detection system installed in fire pump rooms and terminal building (T1, T2), NAVAIDS & Integrated Office including maintaining of records /documents on all days in three shifts (24hrs) including Sundays and holidays as required, as per direction of EIC as specified including daily checks as per preventive maintenance schedule attached.

Routine maintenance/breakdown maintenance of Fire Alaram Control Panel by OEM/OEM authorised dealer and submission of necessary serviceability report.

Supply of B check maintenance kit Including lube oil for diesel fire engine installed in T-1 , T-2 & Integrated office building (Each set consist of 3 Nos. diesel engines , two nos B check each year).

Service charge for Monthly Preventive Maintenance of fire engines installed at T-1, T-2 & Integrated office building including preventive checks and attending breakdown calls through OEM / OEM authorised dealer and submit the necessary report regarding serviceability as per site requirement.

Service charge for dismantling of the diesel /Electric pump set, Core cutting of the concrete foundation , filling of cement concrete, Installation of AVM, Reinstallation of the diesel /Electric pump set on AVM with gasket, nut bolt & other accessories required to complete the job.

Supply of Anti Vibration Mounting suitable for existing diesel /Electric pump for Fire hydrant system .

Supply of intelligent addressable type audio visual hooter cum strobe with control module interconnecting to loop cable complete as required. The strobe shall be of wall/ surface mounted type and required as per tender specifications, terms & conditions.(Make: System sensor, Model no: P2R,)

Supplying and filling of clean, odourless, colour less, UL listed and suitable for fire hazard of class - A, B & C fire suppression agent (Novec 1230 fire protection fluid) etc. complete as required.

Supplying of 2 x 1.5 Sq. mm Copper conductor, XLPE /PVC insulated 1.1KV grade , GI wire armoured ,PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto date amendments etc. complete as required.
