| Excavation of designated/marked area with 3D Hydraulic Excavator or equivalent. a)Site Preparation and excavation •Mobilize equipment, manpower, and accessories for waste segregation. •Demarcate work zones for: •Screened fines (dust/sand) •Metallic waste (to be handed over to RWF) •Non-metallic waste (for disposal or dump within RWF premises) •Ensure safe access and dust suppression arrangements. Screening & Segregation of metallic fraction from specified marked area. a) Screening of Fines •Screen the mixed waste with mesh size not exceeding 75 mm. •Screening may be done using: •Excavator (Hitachi) with retrofitted screening bucket (75 mm mesh) or equivalent. •Screened fines shall be covered with tarpaulin sheets to prevent scattering and remixing with debris. •Screened fines to be bagged/stored at designated location. b) Segregation of Oversized Particles •Metallic fraction: •Collected separatelyat designated place. •Handed over exclusively to RWF authorities. •Non-metallic fraction: •Separated, collected at designated place decided by site in-charge/supervisor. Earth transportation by mechanical Transport up to 3 km Collection & Storage •Ensure proper collection and storage of metallic and non-metallic fraction in designated zones. •If required, on Sundays, maximum transportation and storage shall be ensured to completely clear the weekly accumulated segregated material.Rates are inclusive of GST. | — | 5600.00 | — | — | |
| Perforated bucket for screening and segregation of metallic fraction . •Perforated bucket shall be as per RWF specification or equivalent. •Specification of Perforated bucket :- •Heavy Duty Screening /perforated bucket assembly attach to TATA Hitachi Part No. :TD05377 or equivalent bucket assembly capacity :1.50 cubic meter PCSA, Number of Teeth :5, Segment Gap:75 mm, Segment width:25 mm for the use of TATA Hitachi excavator model EX350-LCH-V, Warranty- 12 months from the date of delivery RWF. •New Perforated bucket shall be used for the proposed work and after completion of work bucket shall be handed over to RWF. Note: Before use of Perforated bucket or equivalent, tenderer has to submit GAD/Product specification/, warranty certificate and Test certificate for approval.
