M&L for descaling the shell and tube condenser of 50TR (4x12.5TR) capacity chiller of AC plant by circulating the descaling chemical (scale gun/ HCL acid) through condenser tube by pressure feeding method after disconnecting condenser water lines and opening the end covers of both side, brushing condenser water tubing, removing the scales, normalising the copper surface by circulating chemical agent, refixing/ assembling all dismantled parts, replaceing gasket set, etc., testing, running the system to the required cooling effect and painting the condenser with two coats of synthetic enamel painting,complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting /removing of defective compressor unit from the chiller unit after carefully disconnect the electric wires and gas pipe line and repalcement with new screw/ scroll type compressor, hermetically sealed suitable for 12.5TR capacity : Make : Danfoss, Model No. SZ185S4RC

M&L for cleaning/ servicing the AHU of AC plant, 13000CFM capacity by pressure air method using air blower and cleaning 6 rows of chilled water cooling coil section 12 FPI with cleaning solution, descaling by chemical agent, cleaning the AHU filter by using high pressure air, greasing to AHU blower shaft/ motor bearing for smooth functioning, cleaning the AHU base tray, etc., complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour, spray painting of Central AC plant with 2 No, suction, discharge and liquid line, chiller, water lines in cooling tower basin by removing peeled off old paint with scrapper including writing SM No./Ser No. and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality as per standard shade and colour, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pressure leakage testing of complete system of Central AC plant using dry Nitrogen gas by isolating the cooling coil from both ends of high side and low side, pumping down the refrigerant gas, keeping in safe condition for refill, charging the dry nitrogen gas for pressure leak test, after detecting leak point release the nitrogen gas, rectifying the leak point by means of soldering/ brazing and connecting the cooling coil with system, vaccumised the complete system and re-charge the system by refrigerant, top up of additional quantity of refrigerant gas if required, etc., including testing and commissioning to the required cooling effect complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (a) Cost of Nitrogen gas required shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Refrigerant gas required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for repair/ servicing Centrifugal pump set10HP capacity, three phase, 50 C/S by disconnecting/ dismantling (electrically & mechanically) and transporting to workshop, opening the motor, cleaning, greasing to bearing/ bushes, replacing worn out bearings, nuts & bolts, dismantling/ taking down burnt out winding, rewinding the motor with same guage, weight and same number of turns of super-enamelled Copper wire and varnishing compound including heating and re-assembling the motor, brought back to site, refixing at its original position/ location with proper alignment including painting the pump with two coats of synthetic enamel painting, connecting, testing and commissioning after repair, etc., complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Chargeall as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Bearing shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only" under respective items of this schedule.

M&L for servicing of Centrifugal pump set 10HP capacity by disconnecting/ dismantling (electrically & mechanically) and transporting to workshop, opening the pump motor, cleaning the pump, removing scales, greasing to bearing/ bushes, replacing the worn out bushes, bearings, gland rope, gland nut & bolts, painting the pump with two coats of synthetic enamel painting, re-assembling the pump, brought back to site, fixing it at its original location with proper alignment including connecting, testing and commissioning, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Bearing shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only" under respective items of this schedule.
