SH-I: FACILITY OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FMC)

Facility Management contract for HVAC system and cold storage system to ensure satisfactory serviceability for the details of installations including their associated electrical switch gear as mentioned in Annexure-A of technical specification including supervision/recording of all activities of HVAC at Ph-I, II & III and Import, export & NS-04 cold storage of Integrated Cargo Complex, carrying out routine maintenance activities and carrying out all the scope of activities mentioned vide Annexure-B complying with particular and technical specification in the tender clauses on round the clock basis on all days including sunday and holidays and also including consumables for day to day maintenance activities like cotton waste, soap oil, PVC tape, Cotton Tape, Sand Paper etc., as required. Supply and Installation of chilled water copper coil with aluminium Fins and Header pipe of suitable Sizes of AHU's - 6 Row Coil in existing AHU's of 16000 CFM/20000 CFM after dismantling and removing the old oil from AHU's and recommissioning of the AHU's including welding patch insulation as required and as directed to suit as exact replacement in existing AHU's

Supply and Installation of chilled water copper coil with aluminium Fins and Header pipe of suitable Sizes of AHU's - 6 Row Coil in existing AHU's of 24000 CFM/27000 CFM after dismantling and removing the old oil from AHU's and recommissioning of the AHU's including welding patch insulation as required and as directed to suit as exact replacement in existing AHU's

Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers as per specifications.

Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required.

Suppy of Roller in existing roller platform with made out of ERW Heavy duty; Roller Length : 500 mm; Diameter : 60 mm; Thickness: 3 mm; MS round bright bar of 22 mm dia; and also Galvanized finishing in all rollers

SH-III SUPPLY OF AIR CURTAINS

Supply and replacement of Air Curtain, having continuous rated Motor 13-14 m/sec. Air velocity less noise Level Suitable for operation on 230 V, 50hz, AC single Phase power supply on 24 x 7 basis, powder coated MS body, etc. as complete as required and as per the technical specification.

SH- IV ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Non-comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of Air curtain as required as per Inventory list of Air curtain and specification covering the scope of activities given in special conditions of contract, attending faults, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, i/c attending preventive & breakdown maintenance complete, etc. as required.
