Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring light/fan/bell/socket /power complete fittings such as switch,sockets, ceiling rose,pendent holders, l etc and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

M& for point wiring (conceated) in and incl rigid non-metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked 19/20 mm dia, with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable, single core, 1100 volts grade with, cast iron/pressed steel terminal box of suitabe size & 1.6 mm thick duly painted inner & outside by anti-corrosive paint, for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with mudular cover plates and incl PVC insulated & unsheathed stranded copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm as continious earth wire for connection to fan regulator and earth dolly etc for the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch.

M&L and testing for Advance Maintenance Free environment friendly chemical earthing as per IS 3043 with copper strip of size 40 x 6 mm, 3 mtr long, 50mm dia outer pipe of thickness 2mm filled with highly conducting metellic compound in gel foam and both end sealed, electrolytic copper earthing electrodes. The earth pits shall be filled with sufficent quality ultra high conductive black fill compound with neccessary accessories like lockable pit cover and PVC 16 sqmm single core multistrand PVC insulated copper conductor drawn in HDPE pipe bore 25mm Including test point terminal block made of gun metal phosphorus bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws and Hot dip galvanised sheet 2 mm thick box of size 200 x 100 x 100 mm with Hexagonal head screws 125 mm complete as required all as per The earth work shall be any type of soil. the concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 typr C1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cast iron cover shwon in the electrical plate No 3 MES SSR part-I complete all as specified and dreicted by Engineer-in-Charge Note: The work shall be got executed from the authorized specialist approved by GE if test results are not as per CA new earthing shall be executed without any extra cost to the govt. (ii) Second set of earthing shall be executed after of first set of earthing.
