Repairs to Departmental Diesel Generator set (CS160D5P) under MH-2215 TSN/MH-2055 TSM.

The job includes periodical maintenance of the Departmental DG set by way of draining its engine oil, removal of oil filter / fuel filter / air filter/ and then replacement with new ones. The job also includes coolant system check, battery condition testing, exhaust and emission checks and electrical testing. Complete job including cost of material & labour charges. The job further includes p/f of new diesel/hose pipes in place of damaged ones. The job further includes repair to the alternator of 160 KVA DG set installed at Jal Bhawan Narwal by way of dismantling the alternator, complete rewinding of its main armature by extracting out burnt/worn out winding coils from the stator slots, insulating the slots properly, making of the new coils by using superior quality material as per original design and fixing the coils into the slot. Making connections and varnishing the windings. Complete job including cost of material & labour charges
