Demolishing of RCC work like old slab manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris, etc from site as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge. Item rate is inclusive of all labour, tools and tackles, Scaffolding, loading, unloading, preparation and transportation etc. complete as per specification

Providing, supplying and constructing brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement :6 coarse sand) with fly-ash bricks having minimum crushing strength 70 kg/ sq cm at all levels with all necessary scaffolding ,racking out the joints, coping design including cost of all materials, Scaffolding, transportation, curing, loading, unloading, labour ,T & P ,taxes, duties, levies ,octori, royalties etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing, supplying & applying cement plaster in line & level at all height & level with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 sand) including scaffolding, curing, finishing smooth. The plastered surface shall be trowled till the surface shows cement paste and base surface and chipping the concrete at all levels including cost of all materials, transportation, Scaffolding, lift, loading, unloading, curing, labour, tools and plants, taxes, duties, levies, octori, royalties, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. (Approved Make- Ultratech, Dalmia, ACC)

Surface preparation including removing loose concrete, remove all loose materials, make all the exposed surfaces free from oil, dust and all impurities, fungus, algae or moss, on it shall got be removed thoroughly and cleaning properly, etc. All cracks to be sealed and repaired prior to initiation of coating.Then apply 2 coats hydroproof cementious polymer coat on latex RFX coat and providing average 20mm to 60mm thick protective screed concrete (1:2:2) using 6.7 mm size black hard crusher broken aggregate with mixing of integral waterproofing chemicals of approved quality @ 300ml per bag of cement with proper slope towards outlet pipes and also all corner & joints such as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered properly and required plaster to be done. Then apply the final latex cementious coat over the surface including parapet wall. Then proper curing and pond test to be done with minimum 5 days. Providing and applying 2 coats Acrylic based modified polyurethane elastomeric Solar Reflective cum Waterproof coating with minimum 5 years warranty of Brush bond Roofguard Premium having Tensile Strength: >2MPa (ASTM D412), Elongation: >250% (ASTM D412, Tensile Strength (ASTM D412) – >2N/mm2, Shore A Hardness: 75 (ASTM D2240), Tear Strength: 13 N/mm (ASTM D624), Adhesion to substrate with Primer: 2MPa, Concrete Failure (ASTM D4541), Dynamic / Static Crack Bridging: 2mm (ASTM C836), UV resistance / colour stability 1000 hrs qUVA: Pass (ASTM D4587), SRI Value - 100. Item rate is inclusive of materials, all labour, tools and tackles, preparation and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by EIC. Dismantling of existing Pipes including all fittings and providing, fixing CPVC pipe of required size & fittings of approved make as per IS:13592/1992 to walls with nails, bobbions, clamps, elbow, socket, plugs & jointing with approved application method of approved make including cutting chases and making good the wall etc. This price including breaking of concrete/brickwork, conceal with concrete/plaster with waterproof, scaffolding, precast concrete base slab, required tank inlet/outlet CPVC/UPVC pipe arrangement with all fittings and also MS connected stay rod for support of water tank as per site requirement, etc. To ensure that water supply is continuous for the flats through alternative arrangement.
