M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders exc 63mm but n exc. 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8(40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in cills, benching and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work.

M&L Sand filling 30mm thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of colour 50% red coloured tiles and 50% grey/ yellow coloured tiles (as directed by Engr -in-Charge) confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing pressed precast cemet concrete type B-1, 1 : 2 : 4 (20 mm graded agg) CM 1:4 in window or door cills, lintels bressumers, string coarses, copings, kneelers, appex stones pier cap columns, posts, bounders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with, plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings throating etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed. (Size of kerb stone approved by AGE).

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement conc, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stoped ends and including necessary plinth protection repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete bed (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate to drain pipe of 300 mm bore including packing under haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested.

Material and labour for 300mm internal dia RCC NP2 class pipe laid in trenches jointed with CM 1:1 and tested as specified. Note:- Excavation work shall be measured & paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250mm but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair without fair extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sub main wiring with 3 runs of single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable size of cable 2x4sqmm (line conductor) & 1x4 sq mm (earth conductor). 1100 V grade drawing in & includingheavy duty non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked, incl accessories not less than 25 mm in dia & concealed in wall, roof etc including PVC insulated, FRLSH unsheathed single core copper conductor cable, green in colour as in earth conductor including cutting charges for concealed conduit wiring etc and making good cutting not exceeding 10 cm grith complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Two runs of copper conductor cable and one run of copper earth wire including PVC conduit will be measured and paid as one unit only. (ii). Suitable size cable lugs copper fabricated will be measured in the quoted rate only. (iii). Cost of cutting chases in wall for flush fitting of DB and making good to wall with CM 1:4 and painting the same in order to match the same with the existing wall all to the satisfaction of Engr-In- Charge is deemed to be included in the quote rate.

NOTE - (a). Cost of suitable size cable lugs and materials required for flush fixing of DB is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b). Cost of cutting chases in wall for flush fitting of DB and making good to wall with CM 1:4 and painting the same in order to match the same with the existing wall all to the satisfaction of Engr-In- Charge is deemed to be included in the quote rate.

S&F LED building security light, pressure die cast aluminum housing, 35 watts capacity, 240V, IP 65/66 class, with suitable in-built electronic driver complete incld. fixed on a bracket made out of 1.5 mtr long Med grade GI pipe 40 mm dia bend to shape as directed fitted on wall at a height not less than 6 mtr from ground with MS clamp, nuts and bolts and washers as required at site and incld. connecting luminarie to the nearest ceiling rose/junction box with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated 3 core wire complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge of NOTE - Cost of all minor spares and jobs required for fixing of light fixture on wall and for electrical connections are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose bakelite, 63.5mm 3 terminals with base plate ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6 -32 Amps,10 KA,,'C' series 240 V ISI marked.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement thermal magnetic adjustable type MCCB 63 Amps,16 KA, 'C' series 415 V ISI marked.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement TPN 40 to 100 Amps ,10 KA, 'C' series 415 V ISI marked.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB SPN 32 Amps,10 KA 'c' series 240 V ISI marked.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Laying XLPE UG insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor multi stranded, 1100 volts , 3.5 core 70Sq mm .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick electrode burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with 25 x 4 mm galvanized iron as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, provn of 40 mm RCC with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering, 40 mm dia light grade Gl pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving of old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - (i). Earthing strip GI/copper upto 7.5m will be measured and paid under this item only. (ii). The earth chamber shall be constructed 50 cm away from the edge of earth pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item. (ii). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of demolition of old earthing as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii). The new earthing so constructed must have resisitance value below 2 ohms. If the aforesaid resistance value is not achieved contractor has to make proper aadditions/alterations to the newly constructed earthing at his own cost.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5m wide andn. Exc1.5m deep and getting out includingforming bottom surfaces to required level or slope for taking out embeded cables,brick/pcc protective tiles and relaying new/old cable complete all specified and all as directed by engineer incharge.

M&L sand cushioningng (drysand) to under ground cable for cable protection provided with layers 8cm deep before laying and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Punned thickness will be measured only.

M&L precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exc 50 m but not exc in 100 m and deposited where directed at a level n'exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil in trenches including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in 25mm thick layer complete all as specified and as specified.

Supply and fixing 80mm dia 'light grade', galvanised pipe with all fitting; laid in trenches/ passing through roads/drains alongwith cutting and making surface good with existing surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
