Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadum surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly tack coat with paving bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 at 5Kgs per 10 Sqm of road surface all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly priming /tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 5.00 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix , laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller (consolidated thickness 50mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly priming /tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 2.5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 30mm consolidated thickness using crushed stone graded aggregates mixed with 5.5% binder content by weight to total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- 1. Premixed carpet shall be laid using self propelled mechanical paver and preparation of mix shall be done using computerized hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. 2. The exact quantity of bitumen to be used shall be determined by design mix by Marshal method).

Making the dashes, arrow etc exceeding 10cm wide on road surfaces using hot applied thermoplastic road making paint 2.5mm thick mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gms/sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200 degree at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt and other foreign materials, demarcation at site and control including taking out and rrefixing of old cat eyes/solar stud/other road furniture items complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Item 1 to 8:- The repair of road work will be carried out in patches as per site requirement i.e. bell mouth, curves, widening of roads and cutting for laying of cables/pipes etc under entire technical area where patch work is required

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the domestic area of Air Force station.
