Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply & fixing in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (each line wire to be measured).
Supply & fixing in repairs barbed razor type concertina coil 9 SWG hot galvanised spring tensile wire of UTS 145 to 150 Newton per square mm zinc coating 250-300 grams per sqm dia of coil when unstretched 460 mm covering 8 to 10 running meter per coil and minimum weight of coil (GI strip) 1.625 kg per running metre hot dip galvanised razor ribbon tape of size 0.50 mm thickness, 19 mm wide before wrapping on central core wire fixed 1.66 mm thick GI clip minimum 25 nos per running metre and special nut bolt to hold two coils together and extra two rows parallel wire of 10 gauge complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of Brickwork built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc of any descriptions, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall/ ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MoD land including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embeded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specfied and as directed.
Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning ,filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding, 25cm watering & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of paver blocks and concrete tiles any description any position including removing from site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for hard core of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered & rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded agg) as in sub base of flooring, and similar works finished rough to receive the tiles etc without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for coloured glazed cement concrete chequered tiles 25mm thick, machine pressed , glossy finish (reflective type), any design (as approved by GE); set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Cost for 20 mm thick cement screed is inclussive in the rate, & no separate payment to be made.)
Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for coloured glazed parking tiles Exc. 0.09 not exceeding 0.18 Sqm x 10mm thick, glossy finish (reflective type), any design (as approved by GE); set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Cost for 20 mm thick cement screed is inclussive in the rate. No separate payment to be made) complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & labour for Earthen ware wall tiles (8 to10mm thick) of approved colour and designed set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering with CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for stainless steel special alloy grade 304 pipes as in railing including required cutting, notching Argon welding, riding and drilling counter sunk holes and bending to required shape by mechanical means in factory as per site requirement without forming wrinkles and butting and polishing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (upto 08 storey ht of bldg).

Material and labour for Steel work in tubular railing including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new undecorated surfaces of walls applying two coats of weather proof Acrylic based paint (100% Acrylic) exterior grade over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(Note : (i) The rate includes the cost of cement screed bed)
Material & labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for 16 to18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
