Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 11kv 3 Phase 50Hz 350MVA sheet steel, dust and vermin proof, free floor standing extendable type H.T.Panel, having 3 Nos 230V A.C motor operated Draw-out type 630 Amp. Vacuum Circuit Breakers (one incoming & two outgoing) with necessary Protection, Measuring instrument including Energy analyzer, Indicating instrument, IDMT relay, auxlary master relay, power Pack, CTs, PT, termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing XLPE-11KV cable, terminal blocks, earth bus bar, Sign writing etc. as per detailed specifications attached including dismantling HT connections of existing HT Panel, shifting the existing HT Panel at location decided by the engineer in chartge within the building permises, making necessary modification to the existing foundation if any, to suit the new HT panel, making HT connections for incoming and outgoing of the HT Panel after suitable testing obtaining NOC from energy-inspector if any required before energisation, and energisation of the HT equipments complete in all respect. (1 Set 3 Nos.)

Supplying,installing,testing and commissioning of 1600 amp 3 pole air circuit breaker manual draw-out type in the existing LT power supply panel in the sub-station i/c carrying out the required modification for proper mounting of the ACB in the panel and in the associated incoming/outgoing bus bars etc of the panel, providing suitable interlocking connections,control wiring,end terminations and completely as reqd as per the site requirement to complete the job.

Dismantling the 1000 KVA transformer from the foundation i/e dismantling of all incoming & outgoing connection ,bus trunking at LT side and HT site etc complete as reqd and keep it to out side the room etc. complete as reqd.

Loading the transformer in tempo with the help to chain pulley /crain & heavy labour at Pusa Road Tel. Exch. & unloding at workshop from tampo i/c carttage from Pusa Road to workshop etc complete as reqd.

Opening of top and disconnecting all the connection from L. T. and H.T. side and opening of the tap charger , drain out the oil , lifting the complete core brunt HT 11 KV copper coils of 3 phase, opening the LT strip winding of 3 phase for cleaning the old insulation etc complete as rqd.

Complete rewinding of 1000 KVA primary DELTA and star secondary 11KV / 415 volts oil filled transformer HT and LT side all 3 HT cores and 3 LT cores with suitable size copper strip / wire with H class insulation ,including dismentlling the burnt winding of HT and LT sides cleaning the core ,varvishing the new winding, heating, drying, testing commissioning complete in all respect etc commplete as reqd.

LT side 6 connection with silver brazing ,silver coating and polishing of tap charger internal side connection with silver bazing and insulationing of tank , cleaning epoxy coating , temperature gauge with adopter . New breather pot with silica gel , LT side bushing with seal set ,nut bolt etc.

Supply & fixing of following accessories in the Transformer as reqd a) copper rod & bushing

b) Internal side copper flexble joint with nut bolt

Filling fresh transformer oil seald pack drum including the transformer,testing, etc complete as reqd.(make M/S Power oil/ Savita with ISI marked having 50 kV R/C)

Dy-hydration of transformer oil at workshop/ site with 50 KV strength complete as required.

Supply and fixing of H.T11 kV 185 Sq. mmAluminium Armred power cable and laying, connection, Testing complete as required.

Testing / Calibration of IDMT relay (3 module comprising of 2 over current & 1 Earth fault) with secondary injection test set i/e.cleaning servicing of contacts tightening of loose contacts testing repair etc. complete as required.

Rack out of 1000 / 1600 Amp MDO type LT ACB Complete with cleaning, alignment, adjusment of gaps between phase to phase, lubricating all moving parts adjustment for smooth mechanical operation & rack in after the job etc complete as required.

Rack out of 800/630 Amp VCB / OCB Complete with cleaning, alignment, adjusment of gaps between phase to phase, lubricating all moving parts adjustment for smooth mechanical operation and rack in after the job etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 11kV H.T Indoor type joint with testing complete as required.

supply and fixing of 1000 KVA Transformer Tap changer i/e replacemet of moving / fixid contact with silver coating etc complete as reqd.

Modification of 400 Amp bus bar box including cuttting, fixing and tighten of all connection of cable, nut bolt etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 630 Amp 3 pole MCCB with sutaiable box including necessory modification of busbar, cable and nut bolt, reconnection of input and output cable on MCCB, testing etc complete as required.

De moisturising of complete LT Panel & Emergency Panel, ACB, MCCB, Busbar, Bus bar chember including all cable connection, joint, bus trunking and HT Panel, HT Connection, C.T, P.T etc complete as required .

De moisturising of Rising main, DG Emergency control panel and dismantling of commen main busbar including 1st to 7th floor Riser, bus bar dismantling and refixing, testing etc complete as required.
