REPAIRS TO TILING AND MISC REPAIRS IN BLDG AT KAPRA AND BHALRA AT BHALRA MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) BHALRA

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl. cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connection 15 mm bore , including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connection 20 mm bore, including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of (unreinforced) cement concerete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles, light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Uuing 12.50 mm graded agg.) 25mm thick as in leveling course, floorings, pavings and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
