M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm & not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete.

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 for laying of floor tiles as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramics coloured tiles of size 450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados/wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1 : 4 for fixing of wall tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25 mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Taking down cement plaster on wall/ceiling/roof etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete.Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S square tube supplying & fixing in opening as per specified & drawing.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate), as in back filling of pressed steel frames and similar workd including necessary form work as required complete.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of primer complete.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of primer complete.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2mm thick Birla / JK Putty in two layers on old wall surfaces including complete removal of existing wall finish of any type with wire brush, brooming, dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials and making good minor cracks etc. and surfaces absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper complete.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on old decorated wall including, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing old painted surfaces of walls, chajjas etc by washing rubbing down and stopping and applying two coat of cement base paint white or tinted complete all as specified as directed.

Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium sub main wiring of any size from surface/ concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper FRLS multi stranded conductor cable in and including concealed PVC conduit of size 20/25mm ISI marked inclusive of tees, bend, elbows etc upto and including sunk in anodized pressed steel box for housing switch socket etc with white laminated 3 mm thick hylam sheet cover ISI marked of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm FRLS cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following :-
