Repairing to 200 KVA Electric Transformer installed at Tawi Pump House by way of dismantling all the electric connections, extracting out the transformer from its installed position using long boom crane and loading it into the Mechanical transport for carriage/shifting to workshop for repairing. Dismantling of transformer, extracting out the damaged coils and other parts of the transformer from the oil tank. Replacement of 02 No. L.V leg coils by way of providing and fitting of new L.V. leg coils with superior quality Aluminium strips and replacement of 08 no. H.V. leg coils made from superior quality Aluminium wire of suitable gauge. Providing and fitting of 4 No. L.V. bush, 4 No. L.V. bush rod & 3 No. H.V. bush, 03 No H.V. bush rod, and other metal parts, gasket set, sundry items and insulation material. Heating it on oven for proper hot gear processing to the required megger value. The job includes lamination of core and assembling the transformer. Topping up transformer oil with fresh transformer oil 85 litres. Then shifting the repaired transformer to work site in Mechanical transport and installing on appropriate position with the help of crane. Providing and fitting of new bus bar assembly for L.T terminal rods. Cutting of old damaged 240 Sq.mm Aluminium cable ends. Providing & Fitting of new thimbles, nuts/bolts, insulation material and making of all the electric connections and testing on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hiring charges of crane & Mechanical transport.
