Supply and fix in repairs exhaust fan, AC, single phase, 230V, 250mm sweep, 1200 RPM, 5 blade, plastic body & blade with louver for protection of bird and rain water including cutting round shape in wall, grouting the foundation bolt in the wall, making good the disturbed surfaces of wall including rendering, painting to match the existing surfaces and connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 24/0.20sqmm etc from ceilling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix wall mounting fan 400mm sweep, 230 Volts, RPM not less than 1300 with full copper, motor single phase, pull chain arrangement for speed control, provision of oscillation and tilting up and down arrangements and taking down existing fan and keeping in MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells, Bajaj, Usha, Crompton Greaves, Orient, Khaitan as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repairs metal clad AC socket SPN sheet metal enclosures with two pin and earth plug and socket, 20Amps, controlled by MCB SP 20Amps, 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells / Legrand / L&T

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm bore bib taps, chromium plated, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Jaquar/ Marc/ CERA/ Kohler/ Player
