SCH 'A' PART XII (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part-II.

(A) INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix brass 15mm bore chromium plated 3 in 1 wall mixer model regular half turn of make Johnson mode regular or equivalent in make Jaguar and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix brass 15mm bore chromium plated pillar cock quarter turn type of make Jaguar central hole basin mixer with pop up waste system with 450mm long braided hoses in all as specified.

Supply and fix brass chromium plated hand shower (health faucet) with 1.00m long easy flex tube in chrome finish and wall hook with NRV (back flow prevent) of Make Jaguar or equivalent.

(B) ROAD /PATH /CULVERT

Supply and fix interlocking paver colour block with glossy lecquer finish (PVC moulded) 60mm thick, M35 grade with grey cement and pavement over 50mm thick stone dust complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Rajesh Tiles/ Ultra tiles

Labour only for finishing 100mm thick paving trimix concrete by dewatering method with all necessary equipments.

(C) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for point wiring (concealed) complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) multistranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including non metallic heavy grade rigid PVC conduit accessories, ISI marked, 20mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls/ floors/ ceilings etc by cutting chases using machines and making good the disturbed surface with and including modular boxes, modular switch plates and 2.5 sqmm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete as per IS specification and as direted for One socket outlet modular 3 Pin 16 amps on independent board. Make of cable Polycab/Finolex/ Havells.

Supply and fix surface & wall mounted LED batten 4 feet long with extruded aluminium housing and robust construction 20W system lumen (NOM) 2000 with all accessories all as specified and directed. Make : Philips Catalogue No. BN150WLED20S-6500 PSE OD GR or equivalent in CG/GE/Havells/Bajaj.

Supply and fix LED lamp 12 watts capacity all as specified and directed. Make : CG cat No. LSB-12W-CDL-BC or equivalent in Philiphs/GE/Havells/ Bajaj.

S & F LED round down lighter luminaire 15 W system lumen (NOM) 1500 including fixing arrangement on 40mm dia light grade GI pipe duly bend with all accessories all as specified and directed. Make : Philips Cat No. N194B LED 15S-6500 PSU WH S1 or equivalent in C&S/ CG/GE/Havells /Bajaj.

Supply and fix LED square recessed mounted luminaire 28 W system lumen (NOM) 3000 including fixing arrangement on 40mm light grade GI pipe bracket duly bend with all accessories all as specified and directed. Make : Philips Cat No. RC380B G2 LED 28S-6500 PSU OD WH or equivalent of C&S/CG/GE/Havells/Bajaj.

Supply and fix mini mirror light 1 x 7 W LED lamp 230 volt wall mounting type metal channel and white reflector suitable for mirror fittings with ballast, lamp holders, connectors block etc complete with all connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size. Make - CG/Philiphs/GE/Havells/Bajaj.

S & F ceiling fan energy efficient BEE 5 Star Rated 1200mm sweep 240 V and connecting up complete including provision of flexible cord 3 core of twisted single core stranded copper conductor of size min 0.50 sqmm from connector block to fan including connection to earthing point and fixing of fan regulator and connecting to all as directed. Make - CG/Havells/Usha/ Orient.

Supply and fix energy efficient wall mounted fan, 400mm sweep, 240V, 1350 RPM, air delivery 72 CMM, 55W power with all fixing accessories as specified and directed. Make : Havels cat Part No. FHWSWPTWHT16 or equivalent in Philips or CG/Usha.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan PVC body with louvers 300mm sweep complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Energy meter tamper proof with provision of new single phase static electronic energy meter AC 240V accuracy class 1.0 with baklite LCD display 1 phase 2 wire current 0 to 20 amps single phase starting current 40 amps push button and auto display with PVC cover weather proof with all accessories all as specified and directed. Make : Secure/ L & T/ Havells/ HPL

(D) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for cutting existing 100mm CI pipe for alterations or additions and including providing 100 x 100 x 80mm CI tee complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chambers of size 1.00m x 1.00m x 1.00m (internal dimensions) as under provided with 10cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundation over 15cm thick hard core 23cm thick brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick internal plaster including top of floor, externally upto 150mm below GL in CM 1:3 finish even and smooth without using extra cement, 4mm thick MS sheet cover with 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle iron frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping with 25 x 6mm flat iron hold fasts, hinges, handles, locking arrangements and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all steel surfaces and 3 coats of white wash to internal surfaces of chamber including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item sl no 9.17 above, but size of chamber 450mm x 450mm x 500mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, connecting, commissioning and testing of submerisible pump, electric driven suitable for open well verticle type capable to discharge 250 LPM, at 50mtr head 4 stage (7.5 HP) with electric motor of suitable capacity 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/s of rating as per the recommendations of manufacturer of pumping set complete all as directed. Make : CG or equivalent

Supply and laying PVC insulated 1100 volts grade heavy duty LT flat three core industrial cable for submersible pump stranded copper conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire of tape and connecting upto the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs of size 10 sqmm 3 core including thimbals glands for connecting to panel to motor all as specified and as directed for submersible pump.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below nominal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below nominal ground level connected to galvanised strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point and testing on completion, all as specified and as directed. Note : The cost of excavation and earth work, PCC pit and RCC cover with handle, funnel & watering pipe, wiremesh, charcoal dust and common salt and earth strip up to 7.5m long shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. Nothing shall be paid in extra.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below nominal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below nominal ground level connected to earthing lead 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in electric plate No 4 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point and testing on completion, all as specified and as directed. Note : The cost of excavation and earth work, PCC pit and RCC cover with handle, funnel & watering pipe, wiremesh, charcoal dust and common salt shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. Nothing shall be paid in extra.

( E) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for precast RCC cable route indicator in mix 1:2:4, type B1 of size 450 x 200 x 75 mm with oval shape with 2 Nos vertical & 3 Nos horizontal 8mm dia TMT bar and wirting the letter HT cable with synthetic enamel paint and embedded in PCC foundation type D2, 1:4:8 of size minimum 250mm depth including necessary earth work complete all as directed.

Supply & install steel tubular swaged poles 8.5mtrs long type 410 SP 22 complete with cast iron base plate, final taper pluge, bolts, nuts and screws complete including two coats of Aluminium painting over a coat of red oxide primer on external exposed surface and two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally up to planting depth and including material and labour for making PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of size 1.65 x 0.6 x 0.6 mtrs and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping of size 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.45 mtrs and excavation, returning & filling and removal of surplus spoil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix bracket for street light fittings made out of 40mm dia GI pipe of light grade 1.5mtr long each bent to shape & size required & fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32 x 6 mm flat iron including GI nuts, bolts and washers and painting of clamps and street light brackets with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fittings bracket to street light fitting with PVC insulated sheathed twin core wire with aluminium conductor multistranded of size 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light luminaire of 60 W fully integrated electronics module of LEDs mounted on MCPCB with integrated optics of external lens plate of 2mm thickness and having external aluminium horizontal fins of thickness not exceeding 4.5mm each, fins thicker at the centre, tapering at the end but are devoid of any sharp edges. Electronic driver encapsulated in separate compartment in the same housing body provided with separate surface fins for proper thermal endurance. Fixture in IP 65 range covered with heat resistant toughened glass of thickness of 3.5mm and IK 03 mechanical load capacity with EDPM based silicon high temperature resistant gasket. Electronics confirming to not less tha 85% efficiency with PF not less than 0.9 and operating voltage range of 140 V to 270 V. Finishing in graphite grey colour including suitable size bracket and accessories all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton/Philiphs./GE.

Supply and fix decorative LED post top of 40 watt for 360 degree indirect light and resistant to impact and corrosion, glare free and better uniformity, IP 65 protection including suitable dia of GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton/GE/ Philiphs.

Supply and fix controlling switch for automatic controller of street light, anlong based, 3 phase, 240 volts, 12 kW with enclosure. Enclosure should consist of light base control switch, power contactor, single phase 40 amp MCB - 03 Nos teminal blocks, mounting brackets, cable glands and openable door with lock and key arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Indoasian/ L & T/Hager.

Supply and fix thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55/ IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry with terminal of size 167 x 125 x 82 mm on pole with MS clamps, nut and bolts, washers and glands suitable for 10 sqmm 02 core cable complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Hansel Cat No. K-9105 or equivalent in Neptune.

Supply and fix 2 core 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI pipe, pole etc with MS clamps from junction box to street light fitting all as specifed and directed. Make : Polycab/ anchor/ finolex Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, install, test & commissioning of transformer confirming to IS 1180-2014, 1077, 100 KVA outdoor type step up/ down 11 KV/ 433 volts copper would 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, oil immersed naturally cooled with circuit tap changing switch on HT to vary secondary voltage +/- 2.5% to +/- 7.5% with first fill of transformer oil up to maximum level confirming to IS 335 and all standard fittings including cable box, oil temperature indicator form 0 to 120 degree C winding temperature indicating alarm and trip mercury switch contacts housed in a marshalling box with control cable connections, accessories as per latest IS and as per manufacturers design making necessary incomming & outgoing connections with and including cable end boxes and arrangement as needed for provision at site complete all as specified and as directed.

(F) HOT WATER SUPPLY

S & FSupply and fixpressure of 8 bar unique polymer coating tech, special titanium eamelled heating element, electric supplied and installed complete capacity 25 Ltr and 2 KW coil with safety valve thermostat indicator. Make : Recold/ CG

Supply and fix PVC connection heavy duty with brass union of required length not exceeding 450mm with rubber with PVC washer suitable for 15mm bore GI pipe complete for cold water.

S & F Hot water outlet connection made of brass chromium plated with union rubber washer suitable for 15mm bore GI pipe for hot water.

Supply and fix stop valve 15mm bore cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipes complete.

(G) LIFTS

Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning 13 passenger lift, speed 1.0 metre/ sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC, 50 Hz supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G+04 upper floors with AC variable voltage & variable frequency Drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/ without attendant, entire opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infrared sensor in full height of door & built in annoucing system without handset (04 Nos, one each in car, machine room & near ground floor landing door) complete all as specified.

Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning 08 passenger lift, speed 1.0 metre/ sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC, 50 Hz supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G+04 upper floors with AC variable voltage & variable frequency Drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/ without attendant, entire opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infrared sensor in full height of door & built in annoucing system without handset (04 Nos, one each in car, machine room & near ground floor landing door) complete all as specified.
