Providing and fixing 5mm dia. 7/9 construction size steel wire rope with U-Clamped, thimble etc. required for high mast light as per specification against broken/ damaged steel wire rope by lowering & raising the carriage including cleaning and greasing /oiling of other rotating parts of the high mast.
Repairing of winch i.e., dismantling of gear box & assemble the same with replacement o f defective parts including filling of machine oil in the winch box / compartment.
Providing and fixing of trailing copper cable ISI marked FRLS 6 sq mm / 5C or as per site requirement for existing high mast against damaged cable laid inside the high mast.
Replacement of defective LED flood light fittings of various ratings installed on high mast with new flood light fittings including providing & fixing of ISI marked FRLS 1.5 sqmm x 3C copper wire as per site requirement. (LED floodlights provided by NDMC)
Dismantling and Re-erection of high mast in the situation for replacement of broken steel wire rope/ defective flood lightfittings due to failure of mechanical movement of the lantern carriage/ Repair or replacement of Winch-Gear system complete with safety of LED Flood Light fittings on the high masts with the help of cranes & other tools including labour charges & overhauling of high mast within specified period and as per the site requirement with complete found at i on nuts if found missing. The high masts are categorized according to their height: (i)12mtr.

(iii)20mtr.
(iv)30mtr.
