M&L 25mm providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregates) as in drain/surface channel, finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:5;10) type E-2 (40 mm graded aggregates) in filling and mass concrete in bed of drain / surface channel etc and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to brick walls in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to masonry or brick-work in single detached joints and then pointing to old existing brick wall of drain in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 to brick/conc wall surfaces trowelled to even & smooth without using extra cement. Including Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coat of cement base paint on new surfaces of walls over alkali resistant primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length and thickness of metal n.exc 6mm ,including for cleaning and preparing the surfaces to be welded together, holding the members in true position while welding and bevelling of edges, as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 using 20 graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including demolition of old RCC slab and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm dia , Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 3 with one collar per length of pipe including PCC bedding, hauching etc and demolition / dismantling of old pipe in culverts complete all as specified and directed.
