Design and Details of Architectural/Structural drg of RCC Box Culvert with RCC framed structure of size 17 m (L) X 4.5m (W) X 4.5 m (H) as per tentative plan atteched for general idea with following parameters :- (a) Concrete Grade-M30: (b) Reinforcment steel- Fe 500D: (c) Seismic Zone -V: Note:- (i) .Bidder are advised to visit the Culvert site and Design and details drg to be vetted from IIT/NIT/any Govt Engineering college. complete all as specifed and directed. (ii) Soil investigation report is attached in tender documents for reference please,

M & L for plain cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded aggregates as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for column etc; basement slabs, under-ramed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use & waste for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of column, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter roungh flat finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 (design mix) using 20mm graded aggregates in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use & waste for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as ditected.

M & L for RCC M-30 (design mix) using 20mm graded aggregates in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors; roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Use & waste for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape requred, including crancing bending and binding with mild steel (anneal) wire not less than 0.90mm dia.all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete, type B, 1:2:4 (using 20mm stone graded aggregate) block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for provinding, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggt) as in roof kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges as in copings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick on block masonry or concrete surfaces in 2 layers, backing/under layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and float/top layer 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing WPC to float/top layer, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water Proofing Compound (WPC) will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.

M&L applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint on new plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound

Removal of excavated soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.
