Providing & fixing of polyurethane insulated PUF panels in walls partitions & in ceiling of following thickness (40 / 60mm) sandwich panels shall be made out of 0.5mm thick PGI pre-coated sheet confirming to IS 12436:1988, on both sides of PU foam. PUF panels shall be jointed with T&G and properly sealed with the help of expanding PU foam, which must be CFC free, self extinguishing fire retardant type having density of 40+2Kg/Cum, thermal conductivity @ 100C, 0.02W/M0K. All gaps, ends and corners shall be covered by 0.5mm thick pre-coated flashing so that PUF or joint etc are not visible from inside/outside. The PUF panels shall be fixed with frame/structure with SS screws, nuts, bolts or any other type of fixing arrangement approved & complete in all respects as per drawings, design & directions of Incharge Engineer, incl. all consequential and incidental charges like leads, lifts, carriages and scaffolding etc complete job (minimum supporting section in partitions & ceiling should be (50x50x6) ISA or as required at site)

Supplying & fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of required size M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length & jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push & pull operation complete incl. the cost of providing & fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS 4454 Part-1 and MS top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters incl. cost of priming with red oxide steel primer, incl. all electricity charges Complete Job.

Providing & laying thick cement concrete flooring in M-15nominal mix, maximum size of aggregates 20mm, concrete finished with a neat coat of floating cement incl. all electricity/water charges complete (Nallah) excluding cost of cement(40mm thick).

Providing / fixing / fabrication & erecting welded Structural steel built up sections in beams /rafters/purlins and the like incl. cuting, hoisting & providing / labour charges for priming coat incl. cost of welding, electrodes, electricity charges all leads & lifts complete job (as per drawings) (SAIL or JINDAL or TATA )

Providing & fixing of colour corrugated sheets of specified colour as approved by structural consultant/Engineer Incharge with 0.5mm thick sheets fixed with 150mm overlap, fixed with supporting structure (steel truss) with 6-8mm dia drill bit nails alongwith limped bituminous felt washer & colour coated PVC Cap excluding colour coated ridges, valleys(600mm wide) but incl. all leads & lifts complete job ( (Note finished exposed measurements taken into account ) incl. electricity charges.

Providing & fixing of colour coated ridges/valleys of width 600mm fixed with supporting structure with 6-8mm dia drill bit nails alongwith limped bituminous felt washer incl. all leads & lifts Complete job.

Providing & fixing of colour coated PGI eves boarding comprising of with 1'-0" and 1.25mm thick as per required shade/colour incl. cost of nails all necessary leads, lifts, scaffolding & electricity charges Complete job.

Providing & fixing of Budloo Wood T&G Ceiling/Soffits of finished thickness (12mm) fixed over Budloo Ceiling Joists comprising of size 2"x2" with framing of size 1'-6" x 1'-6" incl. cost of stopper wherever required fixing in steel sections complete incl. two coats of wood primer of required shade incl. cost of nails, scaffolding, leads, lifts, wastages & electricity charges Complete Job incl. two coats of Touch Wood of required shade.

Providing & fixing of 2 ½" x 2 ½" Budloo Wood cornice fixing along the perifee of the building connecting with roof chajja incl. a coat of wood primer, incl. cost of nails, scaffolding, all leads, and lifts, electricity charges Complete Job.
