Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

Granite (of any type) work 16 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in flooring, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, vertical surfaces and like with and including 15mm thick bedding in CM 1:6 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the colour ofgranite etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing unserviceable tiles and rubbish outside of CH (WC) Chm complete all as directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mmx7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc to match including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Stainless steel railing or grill work of 304 grade with top rail and balusters (or posts) 50mm dia, and middle rails 25mm dia, including all fittings and fixtures as required and fixed with self tapping bolt of 10mm dia, making hole, drilling, punching fabrication work, and making the wall surfaces to be match with existing surfaces of wall etc, all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of birla white cement putty, sanding the surfaces till smooth finish is obtained and finally applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper etc complete all as directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper etc complete all as specified and directed.
