Providing, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of 'Silent Type’ CPCB-IV+ complied, Diesel Generating set with Prime Power Rating of 57.5 to 58.5 KVA at 415 volts, 3 phase & neutral, 50 Hz, 0.8 lagging power factor for 0.85 Load Factor and consisting of the followings: Diesel Engine: Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. The engine should comply with CPCB-IV+ norms. Controller: Engine mounted controller having digital display of engine & alternator parameters and protection devices for engine & alternator etc as per standerd design of OEM Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated at 57.5 to 58.5 KVA, 415 volts, 3 phase & neutral, 50 Hz, 0.8 lagging power factor at 40°C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class- F/H insulation. Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. Exhaust System: Exhaust manifold with residensial type silencer silencer and catalytic convertor confirming to CPCB-IV+ standards complete as required. Starting System: 12V DC starting system comprising of starter motors complete with suitable nos. of batteries as required as per specifications. Accoustic enclosure: Accoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications. Fuel Tank: Inbuilt Fuel tank with Accoustic enclosure, of suitable Capacity to store fuel for 08 Hrs full load operation of DG set complete with inlet & outlet connections, Oil indication gauge, drains plug, air breather, piping valves etc. complete. 58.5 KVA

Fabricating, Installing, Testing & Commissioning outdoor type of automatic mains failure control panel suitable for 57.5 to 58.5 KVA silent type DG set complete with by-pass facility having In & Out MCCB's, DG & Mains Contractors, relays, timers, CTs for metering & protection, energy analyser to indicate different parameters, protection for engine & alternator through the same engine mounted controller, Battery charger, Protection fuse/MCB's, Indicating lights, Push buttons, Auto/ Manual/ Test/ Off selector switch, three impulse automatic engine start/stop system, Audio/Video annunciation, control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine and elsewhere if required, including foundation etc. complete as per standerd design of OEM.

Supplying & Laying / fixing of following size XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade in open duct / pipe etc as reqd. 3½ x 70 Sq.mm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required 3½ X 70 sq. mm
