Recapitalization of worn out components of 20 H.P submersible pump set alongwith and 63 KVA Voltage Stabilizer Electric Transformer and allied electrical equipment of Tubewell Arnia B II in Arnia area of Jammu District

Shifting of tools and tackles from road side to the T/Well Arnia-B-II. Disconnecting of cable connection from starter. Extracting out of 20 H.P sub. Pump set along with column pipes from the well by hoisting of chain pulley block and using tools and tackles required for extraction of pump set. Disconnection of cable connections from motor and shifting of sub. Pump set from tube well to road side on head load carriage. Decoupling of pump and motor and loading of pump with unloading at workshop. Complete rewinding of submersible motor by way of dismantling of 20 HP sub motor extracting out burnt coils, cleaning of slots of stator and rewinding the stator complete including cost of copper wire and insulating material. Repair to the rotor by P/F of SS sleeves to the both ends of rotor shaft turning and polishing it to the required size of the bush. Repair to pump by extracting out damaged bushes from the pump and Rebuilding of pump shaft by remetaling with superior quality S.S welding electrodes. Turning and polishing it to the required size with making key ways .P/F of 1 no. impeller, 1 no main body, 2 no. impeller lock, 2 no. sand collar, 2 No. neck ring, and repair to 1 no. impeller by brass welding and turning it to the required size. Job also includes loading and unloading of pump set at road side of tube well carriage it on head load carriage to the tube well. Coupling of pump set at site. Making of cable connections to the motor after properly dressing the cable ends and insulating each joint by using hot patch role and insulation tape to make each joint water proof. Lowering of pump set along with column pipes with P/F of rubber gasket, nuts bolts to each flanged joints. Fitting of delivery bend along with delivery pipe with proper alignment. Making of cable connections to the starter in star delta connections to the output of starter and providing / fitting 50mtr 10 mm sq. sub cable and 15 mtr 35 mm sq. All cable. Also providing and fitting of automatic star delta starter for 20 HP sub motor. Testing it on full load conditions. Job includes cost of material; labour to and fro transportation charges for completion of job and other unforeseen charges for successful running of pumping machinery

Disconnecting of all the electrical connections from the voltage stabilizer installed at Tube-Well Arnia-B-II and extracting out of voltage stabilizer from the pump room with the help of manual labour, tool and tackles and manual shifting to the road side of the tube well. Loading of voltage stabilizer in the transport vehicle and unloading at workshop. Draining out of transformer oil from the tank and dismantling of worn out / damaged parts such as rotary switch, change over switch, earth fault relay, single phase preventer, ammeter, voltmeter along with the burnt coils of the voltage stabilizer. Repair to the oil tank of the voltage stabilizer by way welding to the leaked portions with superior quality welding electrodes. Complete rewinding of the 3 no. burnt coils and insulating properly with superior quality varnish. Placing properly into the oil tank and refitting of voltage stabilizer by way of providing and fitting of rotary switch 1 no., change over switch 1 no., earth fault relay, single phased preventer, ammeter (0-100 Amp) 1 no., voltmeter (0-500 V) 1 no. Filling of old transformer oil by way of refining and topping with fresh transformer oil up to the reqd. level and testing on full load conditions. Shifting back to the road side of the tube well by mech. Transport means and manual shifting to the site of tube well. Making of all the electrical connections and testing on full load conditions. Job includes cost of material, to and fro carriage and labour charges

Repairs to 63 KVA electric transformers of tube-well Arnia-B-II by way of dismounting it from its installed position & then shifting it to workshop by means of manual / mechanical transport/Crane. The job includes dismantling the transformer at workshop & extracting out of the old damaged parts & then P/F with new L.V Bush = 04 no., H.V bush = 2 no., L.V Bush rod = 03 no., H.V Bush rod = 02 no., L.V leg coil = 01 no., H.V leg coil = 04 no. gasket set, sundry items & insulation material. The job also includes laminating the 18 Kg core & then assembling the transformer & topping up with 100 liters transformer oil & then shifting back to site & remounting it back & providing and fitting pin insulator and then making the connections & testing it on full load. Job includes cost of material, labour, carriage, tools & tackles charges. (Complete job
