Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness below ground level including removing rubbish material to a distance exc. 250m but not exc. 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L hardcore of gauge exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection or simmilar works, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable UG Cables of any Cross Sectional Area and Connections and joints including Pipes, Bricks, etc of any description laying in trenches or fixing with Walls / Poles, segreating serviceable Pipes, Cables etc and keep in safe custody for reuse, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork will be measured and paid under relevant Items here in after.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and deposting where directed at a level n .exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Sand Cushioning in trenches for protection of UG Cables of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: For payment purpose only the punning thickness shall be measured.

Laying only LT UG Cable of any description and size (serviceable Cable obtained from Item No. 1 here-in-before), laid in trenches/ surface of Wall etc. and Testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (a) Serviceable cable obtained from srl. No.09 here-in-before shall be reuse under this item . (b) Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Supply, laying & testing 50 sq mm, 3 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub-Class 'B' brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only cable cover/ Brick , laid breadth wise, along the length of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Serviceable Cable cover / Bricks obtained from Item No.09 here-in-before shall be reuse under this item.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, for ashlars facings, dressed stone work, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block,masonry 1:2:4,Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc.10 cm in width and Set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of plastic emulsion paint extiror quality (camoflage pattern) over one coat of primer on newly plastered surface including preparetion of new or previously untreated surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise discribed including preparetion of new or previously untreated surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel framed work such as grills,framed work etc with ends of bars shoulder and or reveted, or forged into pipes, framed guard bar, bared iron doors, ladders, framed blusters, walkways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 290. Gde-E165. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raking of joints /removing of old sealing compound, dirt from 20 mm thick expansion joint and cleaning the joints properly for full depth of PQC and filling with 20 mm thick premoulded compressible filler polythylene closed cell type board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, cross linked polythylene foam back up rod of 25 mm dia over filler board, priming top 12 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane based sealeant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raking of joints/removing any old sealing compound, dirt from, up to a average depth of 25 mm thick from Dummy/Constructionjoints of a average width 12 mm, cleaning the joints sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 12 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulifiedsealing compund and filling polysufied based sealant, 13 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joint to avoid accidental spillage of sealant on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairs of potholes, edge deformation, runways, edge repairs , carpeting in asphlt and concrete with pre ready mix of required grade(standard/fine grade) for flexible pavement including marking the affected area along the motions and cutting properly into square and rectangular profiles up to depth of 40 to 80 mm (average 60 mm depth including cleaning, compaction using vibrator compactor plate or steel wheel roller for samll potholes a hand tamp can be used) leaving a crown of height 2.5cm allowing for secondary compaction as result of traffic flow and removing waste material to distance exc 500mtrs all as directed and specified.

M & L Cleaning the existing cracks 5 mm to 10 mm wide & average 20 mm deep as in bituminous surface of runway from all loose foreign particies with all compressor removal of foregin matter outside Mod land and filling with bitumen compound conforming to IS - 1580 compound all as specified and directed by engineer - in - charge.

M & L for applying to rough surface of flexible pavement using Bitumen Emulsion (Cationic Type) grade RS-1 cold emulsion conforming to IS:8887:2004 @ 1.5KG/sqm as approved and finish with existing surface complete all as specified and directed as per manufacture instruction.

M& L for making good /repair to potholes in concrete slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting area exc 50 sqcm and 25 to 35 mm deep and cutting spilled joint, sides perpendicular and parallel to edges by mechnical tools like diamond cutter, cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with epoxy resin mortar (1:5) with one part of epoxy and five parts of sand after application of specified resin primer and removal to rubbish to a distance exc 250m and not exc 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of BOQ.
