Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Dismantling 40 M 03(Three) legged Ground Based structural steel tower along with vertical and horizontal gantries, antenna mounts, access platforms including numbering the members and stacking the members carefully in orderly manner at the site as directed. (Rate includes necessary tools and plants such as pulleys, ropes etc., arranging skilled labour, insuranace to the labourers all complete).

Mechanical transportation of Dismantled old 40 M 03-legged ground based tower members comprising MS angles, flats, plates, pipes nuts and bolts etc., of varying sizes and lengths from Telephine Exchange Nakur to BSNL OA Store,Taharpur Saharanpur. The entire lot of tower members shall be transported in a single lot. The job includes cost of collection of all members with required lead, loading & unloading and depositing the tower members at the desired location complete as per directions of Engineer in charge. ( Nothing extra shall be paid over and above the rate on any account): a) With in a lead of 20 Km.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.: a) All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials. : a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Making and supplying at site, anchor bolts for fixing base of tower, manufactured from EN 8 Steel and of 32mm dia mild steel bar of required length conforming to IS:2062, threaded at top upto 150mm length and welded with lugs made from 100x100x10mm thick mild steel plate at 50mm from bottom including suitable hexagonal nuts 2 nos. (Nuts & Checknuts) and MS spring washer etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F MS galvanized ISI marked bolts, nuts and washers wherever old ones are missing/rusted in the existing towers of different sizes as required at site. The operation includes all labour, tools and plants required for fixing bolts, nuts & washers all complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Labour charges for hoisting, fixing and erection of 40 meter high pre-fabricated tower as per departmental drawing & design with all its necessary components viz. climbing ladder, platform with railing fixing with bolts, nuts and spring washers ,necessary welding etc. wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: the rate shall included cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower, including hire charges of tools, plants and machineries, labour charges, insurance premium of labour etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. The agency shall produce insurance coverage certificate for works, failing which a sum of Rs. 5000/- per tower shall be deducted from their bill).

Labour charge for fixing templets and all anchor bolts etc. in 4 (Four) stems of tower foundation including extremely accurate positioning, levelling during concreting etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and fixing marker plate made of M.S. plate 3 mm thick welded over the frame work of MS angle, 25x25x5mm including painting with synthetic enamel paint of required shade (two or more cots) with an under coat of zinc chromate yellow primer and letter writing with appropriate paint as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(a) Size 1700x1000mm (Fixing is to be done at Boundary wall.

Labour charges for sorting and segregation of complete 40 M tower material (one job ) at site of work as per BOM issued from manufacturer including stacking in countable position of each members complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying at site hot-dipped galvanised steel members for tower to fixed the same wherever found missing or replaced any damaged / vent tower members. (The materials to be used for tower - members shall be galvanised M.S. of grade A as per IS: 2062 -1999 and IS: 808 -1989 and satisfy the relevent test as per IS codes. The fabrication shall be done in accordance with IS: 800-1984 and also in accordance with the approved drawings for the towers under maintenence. The galvanising shall conform to IS: 4759 and 2629. The total mass of galvanising coating shall not be less than 610 gms / sqm i.e. 85 micron thickness)

Painting two or more coats to give an even shade with luxol high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour (International white and orange) over one coat of BISON HB Zinc phosphate primer or equivalent of approved brand whever required (On new members or rusted areas of old members after removal of rust) as per recommendation of International Civil Aviation rules in Galvanized structural steel tower. (Note: the rate shall include cost of labour, material etc. involved in painting) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . (a)Tower 40 Metre High

Supplying at site after fabrication MS sheet templates as per drawing (3.15 mm thick) having holes at appropriate location for fixing 32 mm dia anchor bolts in tower foundation of roof top tower all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
