Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description, thickness and in any position including removal of rubbish of the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type Bo 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in roof to achieve slope on existing roof surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on roof slab using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finshed even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M&L for preparation of surfaces and proofing treatment as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Laying torch applied APP polymer modified membrane 3mm thick with non-woven polyester mat as reinforcemrent weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (iii) Applying aluminium bituminious paint 0.11 Kg/Sqm.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position exc 500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr capacity all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr as as specified and directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks (cylndrical vertical with closed top) 1000 ltr capacity hoisted and fixed in position all specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm thick brass ball valves, high pressure, with polythelene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pope or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel tubing & connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store.

Refixing old 25 mm bore steel tubing & connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc)

S&F 25mm bore of tube medium grade galvanised steel water tubing with all fittings & fixed complete to walls, floor etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete type Bo 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in roof Kerbs or mud stops, coping to parpet wall rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting channels , grooves or rebates not exc 15cm grith, and trimming surface on concrete (without reinforcemnt) or brick walls

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs. 4,260.00 will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
