Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

a) All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated / stacked earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

(a)1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

(b)1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

(a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived fro natural resources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

(a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in:

(a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : :

(a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Neat cement punning

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

(a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

a)Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

a)In cement mortar

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Supplying and stacking at site.

(a) Bhramaputra Sand

Cleaning of under ground sump / R.C.C. Tank including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:-

(i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits.

(ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water.

(iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.

(iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.

(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type B, SWR for Sanitary and drainage use including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,

a) 160 mm dia Pipes.

Repairing of Manhole chambers of internal size about 900 x 800 mm by dismanteling the damaged plaster and replastering the inside / outside including neet cement punning and relaying the floor with cement concrete 1:2:4 and finished with smooth finished plaster and neet cement punning to match the entry and exit of the sewer pipe line etc.complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of Septic tank & Removal of Sewage by Mechanical suction pump and desludging of all sludge, solid waste, dirt, night soil etc. manually including cleaning of Inlet & outlet Chambers & Invert pipes including disposal of all removed materials to the dumping ground out of municiple limits et. Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of Manhole chambers of any size by removing sludge , dirt, malba & flushing with water including disposal of waste to Municipal corporation dumping places etc.complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of sewer line including taking out sludge / clogged material by rodding & flushing with sufficient quantity of water to ascertain smooth functioning of sewer line etc. complete all as directed by EIC.
