M & L for dismantling of centrifugal /Jockey/Terrace pump set of capacity 5 HP to 10 HP 3 phase, 415 volts, 50Hz, AC supply after disconnecting electric connection including repairing/ replacing defective parts worn out nuts, bolts, washers, terminal box, ball bearings, impeller, air release valve, gasket and gland packing to arrest the leakage from pump, oiling and greasing etc complete cleaning, painting of pump and motor with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint after applying one coat of red oxide primer and reassembling in position, testing, commissioning and connecting to pipe line complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spare part/components shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only coupling with cover as per existing.

Cutting of burnt winding and rewinding the stator with supper enamelled copper wire of existing size and class of insulation including insulation paper, sleeves, thimbles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of weather proof hose cabinate made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4mm thick glass & door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard and locking arrangement, MS legs grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 suitable to accomodate two nos 15m long fire hose pipe and one no first aid hose real 30m long & short branch pipe and mounted on masonry platform complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of Co2 Gass in fire extenguiser of 20 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MS black pipe of size 100mm bore, 4-8mm wall thickness as per IS 1239 (Part -I) heavy grade including cutting , welding etc, including painting with one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed.
