Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc... from the PVC/RCC water tanks capacity exc 250 ltrs and not exc 500 ltrs on roofs or at any position (and or bringing down if required)by drainig out entire water ,removing sludge ,mud etc... brushing /rubbing with wire /nylon brush /mop to remove all algae /fungal growth and moss etc... entirely from walls ,floors,ceilings,etc washing cleaning with fresh water by using water jets and then again washing and treating with anti bacterial agents ,disinfectants and bleaching powder and writing in approved font of size 100 mm high the "Date of cleaning" and "Next due date" in black synthetic enamel paint over a white base and removing the rubbish off the MD premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Sl item No. 01 above but capacity of water tank exceeding 500 litres and n.exc 1000 litres all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Sl item No. 01 above but capacity of water tank exceeding 1000 litres and n.exc 5000 litres all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc... from the Shallow well not exceeding 3 Mtr dia and not exceeding 4 Mtr depth including bailing out water etc… complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing sewage lines of 100 mm to 200 mm dia bore by using suitable device required for removing blockage of line like mud, silt and other debris and buruying the debris obtained from the sewage line at a distance exc 100 Mtr and not exc 200 Mtr, washing the line by flushing water alongwith bleeching powder though pipe line and including taking precautionary and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Cleaning man holes upto 1 Mtr depth including pumping out liquid sludge /waste materials taking out solid materials from man holes /chambers, burrying the debris obtained from the man hole at a distance exc 100 Mtr and not exc 200 Mtr, washing manhole with fresh water and bleeching powder, including all precautionary and safety measures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Sl item No. 06 above but manhole depth exceeding 1.00 Mtr and not exceding 2.00 Mtr.

Labour only for removing blockage of Water Closet, Indian/Europian type, urinal /bath or kitchen trap including cleaning of WC pan /floor trap/ nahani trap and removing blockage of down take pipe upto 1st man hole complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Pumping out complete water ,liquid water and removing /desilting the sludge and cleaning the septic tank complete including plugging the inlet line temporary and diverting the flow into the drain at newly made trench and taking precautionary and safety measures and removing silt to a distance exc 50 Mtr but not exc 100 Mtr from the septic tank and burning in pit including provision of pit of required size in any type of soil after spreading line etc... for septic tanks of capacity 10 to 25 users all as specied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Sl item No. 09 above but 25 to 100 users septic tank all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted fixed in position and connected all as specified capacity of tank 500 litre (ISI marked) including dismantling of old tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and connected all as specified capacity of tank 1000 litres (ISI marked) including dismantling of old tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches for soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in bed to drain pipe, 150mm bore including packing under & hauching against the sides of pipes after they are laid tested including necessary shuttering and support to concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay PVC (SWR) pipe, 150mm dia, single socketed, in any length, laid in trenches or floor, including taking up old damaged PVC pipes of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered or stopped ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soft and loose soil including spreading leveling watering wall ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soft and loose soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/ stone/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar/cement lime mortar all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Pre -cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks made out of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4).complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab for man holes/drainage/septic tank cover, set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary use and waste of from work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and Labour for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends, and binding spirally for hooping column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc... including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc... all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only item
